Bubbles was the only company to talk pricing over the phone. This was convenient as I reside in Las Vegas and my property is in Ko Olina. From this, I hired them to replace my failing hot water heater. During the short time that an 80-gallon tank was procured, they placed one of their own 50-gallon tanks at my property as a stop-gap. Four days later, with no additional charge, they swapped in a new 80-gallon and my rental was ready for new guests. These guys rock!

I contacted Sage plumbing because a guy had referred me to him. He said it was his friend and they do good work. However, I’ve been waiting over a week for a job estimate. The guy said he will call me back never did. I guess they don’t want the job.

Sage came within repair window. He was very friendly. Completed the job quickly within 30 minutes. Brand new components. Will use him again and again!!! Much Mahalo.

The plumber charge us $600 to detect the slab leaks, he pointed out the area of the leaks and never marked the spots. We still couldn't found the leak in the slab after the plumber left. We called several times, no one called us back. We hired someone else to detect and fix the leaks. What a waste of money and time!

My entire experience with at Roto-Rooter was five star. The communication was excellent whether it was in person or by phone or text. The crew that came was professional and i received solid advice on how to proceed with my plumbing issue. All my questions were answered and didn’t rush anything.

Simon is awesome! He's friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He unclogged our drain and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing, possible causes, how to avoid this in the future, etc. 10/10 I hope to never deal with toilet water getting all over the place again but Simon helped turn our day around.

Simon was very proficient in diagnosing the problem, explaining the procedure he was using, and was quick and adept in completing the work. He was very pleasant, although we were his last appointment at 7:30 pm!

I’ve decided to get my bathtub drainage clear of hair that was stuck in the drainage pipe so I called roto-rooter and although they was late to my residential, the technician (kawika) was able to maintain the drainage service quick and with ease. He gave me an estimate on how much will the drainage service cost before he could remove the hair that was stuck in the drainage pipe. I’ve used roto-rooter before through my old house where I used to live. Needless to say I will be using them again later in the future.

I have had two great experiences with Roto-Rooter. Professionals who talk to you straight, solve your problem, and don’t bullshit you. If you don’t need them, they will tall yo that too. Highly recommend.

I live in Hawaii where nothing is done on the day you call a contractor with the need of a emergency service. It was a Saturday and the hot water tank let go. We called local companies with no results. Called Roto Rotor at 2:00pm. By 7:30 we had hot water. What a life saver. Thank you to the company and the three workers who got it done.

Of all the days in the year to have a plugged shower drain, New Years Eve was my nightmare. I bought the Kleen Drain with CO2 cartridge plunger which made the clog worse. So I bought the Rigid EZ snake and snaked the drain with no success. So I called two local plumbing companies who told me they were booked today but had appointment availabilities on January 2. What da hell!?! I needed a plumber NOW. I guess thatʻs what commonly happens on New Years Eve. Fortunately not with Roto Rooter. A plumber came out to my location, listened to the information I provided him, assessed the clog, gave me a reasonable price (with a senior, nice old lady, discount) and he cleared my stubborn clog. The next day, I received a follow-up service text to see if my drain remained clear and I texted, “Yes.” Roto Rooterʻs Customer Service and plumbing service was excellent. They made my New Year Great!

These folks are the best! Carlos, Dayne and the rest of the crew are friendly, polite and utterly professional. We definitely will call them again should the need arise.
