I don’t know what happened to my last review, but I came across this great company a couple of years ago and I posted a review. I know they have been in business for more than a decade and had the most 5-star reviews. They are the BEST! Their service is always professional. They explain all aspects of the work thoroughly so there are no surprises. I cannot recommend this local, family-owned company enough. They really serve the community with aloha and care about their customers!

In March 2016, we had an overflow that damaged our floor and the ceiling of the people living beneath us. We required Restoration services because the overflow was from the toilet. They came in and did the work quickly and very professionally. When they finished, I was confused because they just left holes.

I called and spoke with Michelle who explained and clarified that restoration cannot do the construction work or else it would be a conflict of interest. They did exactly what needed to be done without making it a bigger project than necessary.

Michelle also recommended Isamu construction, who came and did the finishing work and did an excellent job as well.

These guys are very professional and care about the work they do. The owner of the company was involved and worked alongside his crew in the process. We are very impressed with the work and the professionalism in resolving our concerns even when we were upset to begin with. Such great people!!

I recommend Puro Clean for water leak remediation. I have used their services on 3 different water leaks. Jen or Kathy answer the phone right away. They are both knowledgeable, efficient, kind & understanding.
Their crews come out soon after the leak is stopped The crews bring dehumidifiers, blowers, etc. to quickly start the drying out process . Josh & Lopaka used water detection tools & got my permission to remove wet laminate in order to quickly dry out & prevent mold.
In an earlier leak James & crew came everyday to check the drying &, adjust the blowers. Not finding sufficient drying they carefully opened the wall & removed more tile til moisture level was dry enough.
Puro Clean gets the job done professionally & in a friendly manner. I have no worries of mold. They are reasonably priced & accepted by insurance. It’s not fun dealing with water leaks but it made me feel relieved knowing I can depend on them
all!

Had an upstairs pipe leak which caused significant water damage to multiple rooms and both floors of our house. Puroclean was there within an hour of our call and immediately went to work. Over the next week+ they came in on a daily basis and adjusted their systems to ensure everything dried out as quickly as possible. They even addressed all concerns we had, and went out of their way to make sure we were fully satisfied. Would recommend.

For anyone looking for water, fire, or mold damage restoration, hands down PuroClean is who you want to use. Zack and his crew did an awesome job on the mold situation we had going on in our master bedroom. Mold is never good and should be treated with urgency. That’s exactly what I explained to Michelle (Owner) when I called to inquire about their services. Michelle informed me that my mold problem was definitely within the scope of their services and assured me that they could get the job done, no problem. As promised, Zack and his crew came that same week to perform the work. Zack and his crew went above and beyond what was necessary for my project and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Zack and his crew were prompt, professional, clean, and knowledgeable of my particular issue. Mahalo to Zack and Michelle at PuroClean for doing such a great job on my house. We had a leak from our refrigerator onto the back wall and limestone floor and we wanted to make sure there was no mold or water damage. Puro clean came out and did a professional assessment. Kai went around and tested everything with a meter and said everything was dry. It was nice to know that there was no mold or water damage to our unit and it gave us great peace of mind and the service was absolutely FREE!! Kai was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Michelle, the President was great at following up and gave great customer service.

We had a upstairs tub overflow failure and had water pouring out of an AC vent on the floor below late on a Saturday night. We got the problem assessed and the leak stopped, (ended up having to poke a hole in the ceiling to drain some water). The next day, I called up the number for PuroClean. Celeste answered and heard my story. She explained what the company offers in regards to services provided. She was very polite and patient; she heard my story and got someone come out that day. The person who serviced my house was a gentleman named Nick. Now, Nick wasn't on call and came in to help me out anyway. This alone was a testament to his character. He came by, assessed the extent of the possible damage (very methodically and thoroughly), and installed heater/dehumidifiers and multiple fans. He came through everyday assessing the water saturation levels and answered my questions and concerns. He did so with genuine care and enthusiasm for what he does. This employee had such a great attitude that I now recommend this company by word of mouth. I almost brag to the neighbors that this company came to provide us great service and it didn't break the bank. If this company doesn't give Celeste and Nick a raise based on the absolutely excellent work that they do, then they are doing it wrong. Also, get Nick a new replacement work van. The man does great things and needs to ride in style.

From the very first call to come to my residence to inspect, everyone was very helpful and courteous. Geoff, Keola and Emily were very professional. They all understood that I was going through an untimely period with a lot of anxiety. They were all very passionate. Geoff told me that he would provide all the info and measurements to the contractor, which took a load off me to explain. They cleaned up the area before leaving every day they were here. You don't see that too often now days. Thumbs up!
