Thank you Jake @ 1-Tom Plumber. I thought I had a very bad clog. He had to check our cesspool which was covered with rocks and was hard to access. He didn’t make a mess when doing the job. He was thorough. He came first thing in the morning. I am happy that he could fix our problem.

This is the second time I’ve called 1-Tom plumbers to complete repairs in my home. Both times, they arrived within the hour, provided the best prices and delivered quality work.

Jacob and his co-worker were very professional. They discovered the leak and explained my options and the cost to fix the problem. Once the decision was made he completed the fix in no time. They cleaned up their mess during the removal and replacing the defected part. I like that they respected my home by removing their shoes each time they came entered my home.

We’ve had a great experience with Elyjah. He’s been very diligent, thorough, and kind during a stressful time. Ascend at headquarters was wonderful to talk to as well, went out of their way to help us, and I so appreciate them.

I am a Resident Manager for a large property in Honolulu. I had One Tom come and do a variety of services here. The level of professionalism and knowledge they possess is more than the vendor we used for 40 years. I am switching my vendors now to only allow One Tom to work on my property. 1-Tom-Plumber was AMAZING! The property I manage was having problems for well over 6 months. Other companies quoted me over 7k with no guarantee of fixing the actual problem. In one visit by 1-Tom-Plumber Jakob and Ah Sen were able to identify the problem and get our tenants hot water again! Truly grateful and will be using them for all my plumbing needs!

Excellent service! Jacob was friendly and very professional. My bathtub was always backing up and causing standing water. After Jacob cleared the backup, he went the extra mile and didn't hesitate to investigate further and went under the house to check the pipes...the previous plumber didn't do that and left an obstruction in the pipe which was the cause for the continuing back up. It was something that should have been detected by the previous plumber.
