Unprofessional. Pay for diagnostic, which was supposed to go towards the actual repair, paid almost “$200 and nothing was fixed. Supposed to get a part replaced, person ignored text messages and calls. Basically stole our money. Scam. Don’t use them. Extremely unprofessional.

This company does not actually exist in this location. Its some kind of a virtual company that farms work and outsources it to local technicians. You call them and they aren't even on island. I'm in Makaha and they do not service Makaha.

This company is crazy. They want you to give them all of your credit card information, including the CCV number, just to schedule an appointment. Red flag

I needed the refrigerator repair. I couldn't do it till the next day at 4. at 10 I was told the repairman has been stuck on the freeway for 5 hours, and the next day when I should have been first on the list, I was told maybe they could get to me the next day. I would not recommend them unreliable. My food is all ruined and they just don't care

Knowledgeable tech who really cares for his customers, he kept me updated of the status of the ordered part for our viking range and was here again the afternon of the day he got the part. First time hiring them and they just gained a new customer for life!

Company claims they work on washers, So you call and ask if they work on Samsung washers and they claim they don’t. How do you advertise your an appliance repair company and post that you work on washers and then don’t even work on probably one of the most popular brands. Joke of a company don’t waste your time calling them!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time with this company. I called on Wednesday because my refrigerator needed to be fixed ASAP. They had scheduled the next day from 10am-12 noon. I had no call at all, so I called back, I was given the direct line for the person who was supposed to be here, I called him and he said that he didn’t get my order and said that ha can’t be here that day. I called back and canceled my request.

Scheduled an appt. today between 1-4 and gave my credit card info with CCV for a pending charge of $59 for service call fee. I live on the West Side, so I know traffic is crazy. Noto too concerned when 4 rolled around and no show. But no call concerned me. I called the main business number at 4:15. The operator said that I had a confirmed appointment, and redirected me to "customer service." I got a voicemail saying to leave contact info and promising to return call within 5 minutes. That was over 2 hours ago. Very disappointed, since all my food is ruined in my fridge and scheduled appt yesterday, AND provided an up-front feel.

Set an appointment last week Friday just to have the display light on my stove change. The appointment was set for Tuesday between 10 am till 1pm. Makaha Appliance Repair put a 59.99 hold on my acct just to set an appt so I I don't flake out on them. This is why they are getting a bad rating. I reserved the time and day for them which they did not show up between 10am-1pm or even bother to call. By 1:15 pm I called the company to ask what's going on which the office called the tech which the tech mention that his job was taking longer then what was expected. If that was the case some one should have called the customer to notify them of the back schedule. Anyway the call center tells me he can make it between 2:30 pm - 3pm. Be real if you are willing to put on hold funds to keep an appointment wouldn't you expect good customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS like this company.
