Plumbing reviews in Waianae, Hawaii

Super friendly professional did a great job

Got the job done in 15 minutes when another well-known plumber couldn't in an hour. Dale was great! We look forward to calling him for our next plumbing job.

Matt and Tili met up to give an estimate of cost for a broken water valve. They were able to resolve the problem with such expertise, diligence, and professionalism in such a short time. Much appreciation for your time and labor.

Jack was professional, skilled, and completed the project with relative ease. I would HDCS for other projects.

They were very nice and helpful and handled a tricky situation with removing my old heater. It was a high quality job.

Fantastic service at a fair price!

Cannot ask for better work on the project from Jack and his crew. Real professionals , courteous and considerate and friendly and the price was right.
Highly recommended!

We had a drain plumbing emergency at 2am. We called all plumbing services in Oahu and the only one that responded fast was Hawai’i Drain Cleaning Squad! I would recommend this place for anyone!

Hawaii Drain Technician provided a professional diagnosis of the shower issue, outlining the necessary repair steps.

Had Jack do a sewer line camera inspection. He gave a quote on the phone, provided the video as proof, and quickly sent us a quote for the recommended services.

Very good work! Knowledgeable and professional! Great work Jack!!

Very personable and professional. I will be using them again when the need arises.

Not only was everything fixed so fast and now working perfectly, but I genuinely enjoyed talking to the guys! Super great pricing, professionalism and overall they made it a great experience. Also my pug puppy loved them, so obviously they’re the best! Mahalo guys(:

Jack and Matt was really awesome they explained what needs to be done and gave me estimate on jetting and my toilet . I highly recommend this company ! I really did appreciate the time and the communication as well job well done . I need some work still but they need to do more things and I will call them back when I could afford :

The absolute best company there is, I'm telling everyone to call them before you call anyone else, promise to God ,♥️

Had this guy come in and he did some drain cleaning and I paid him for the work. He was supposed to come back and he never showed up. I had given him a deposit for the follow up as he requested and he never shows up so I emailed him and told him I would call my attorney and authorities if he did not give me my check back. He emailed me back and claimed that he was sick and couldn't call me.

He made an appointment for the following week and after thinking about it, I told him to cancel the appointment and that I would find someone else to finish the job. It's a good thing I stopped payment on the check as after that he tried to cash the deposit check I gave him. He wasn't going to do the follow up job, but he still tried to cash the check for over $1,000.

Jack Perry was Awesome. Polite, professional. Explained what happened with our toilet made some recommendations so it doesn't happen again. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Jack made the journey to Waianae Valley Homesteade.

Mahalo,
George Kaeha

I set an appointment for early morning. They arrived on time and were finished quickly. I also appreciated that they texted me a photo of the man coming to my apartment so I knew who to expect.

Tech Lyle was helpful, informative and courteous. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Would recommend Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad.

I had a problem with my toilet the past few months and needed it checked out. HDCS came to the job and solved my toilet completely. There was so much wrong with my toilet that he recommended to get a new one altogether, because it would be cheaper in the end, and I totally agreed. Very professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable on his work. I also had a few other requests while he was there, and he gladly helped. Definitely will be hiring them again next week for another job. 100% recommended them!

Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out for a sewer video inspection. I paid immediately. The USB they used was corrupted, and they admitted that I was not the first to receive a faulty USB Drive. They refused to pickup or respond over a period of two weeks after multiple attempts to call, text, and phone. We had no pictures of video proof of the inspection, which was part of the contract. We scheduled a redo, but they not only failed to show, but had not sent any reason, apology, or followup. Unfortunately, my experience was lacking in professionalism. Due to this experience, I cannot trust or recommend this company. I had to hire someone else to complete the job.
