Reviews of local pros in Waianae, Hawaii

My husband and I recently hired Tree Bulls to shape and tidy up a huge ficus tree in our yard that was starting to block our gate entrance. We had let it get out of control bc everyone who we called for a quote would quote us an insane price or they would suggest moving it and replanting, etc (for an even larger price). We just wanted our tree trimmed away from the gate, not an entire replanting. When I found Ash from Tree Bulls, he quoted us something very reasonable, so we hired him.

Best decision we've made all year! I was very happy with how he did the work. He was very easy to talk to, smart, and professional. I had not expected him to make our tree look so good, but he did! Now my husband and I can't stop staring at it, bc our entire yard looks so much better with it. Our tree used to look like a huge, overwhelming mess, and now it looks like a very well manicured, beautiful tree. He did excellent work and we'd hire him again in a second.

Gauer from tree bulls did a fantastic job trimming my 3 citrus trees. Very professional & did a great job of cleaning up after. Will call him in the future to trim my avocado tree. Highly recommended!

Asha and his crew were great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for tree removal. Thanks again guys🤙🏽

Great tree services at very competitive prices. Super quick and efficient, took down 2 trees over 10 ft high with cleanup in under an hour. Hot these guys up for your next tree service needs

I'm a property manager and I struggle to find reliable and reasonably priced service providers. I was referred to Tree Bulls 6 months ago by a contractor friend and have since used them numerous times for tree trimming and removal on several different properties. They are highly reliable, responsive and fairly priced. Tree Bulls did a full landscape and irrigation job for one of the properties I manage. Not only did they do great work on that project, but when one of the supply lines to a sprinkler head recently broke they quickly went back over to repair it at their expense. I highly recommend Tree Bulls!

I would definitely recommend Tree Bulls to my family and friends. The two brothers did a fantastic job with pruning our mango tree just the way we wanted it.

Yesterday Tree.Bulls LLC trimmed the 4 Coconut Trees in my front yard for the first time. For the past 20 plus years I've used 3 different Coconut Tree trimming services.
This was by far the best job. Not only do they look better than they ever have but nothing was damaged in my front yard. All the other services just let the fronts & Coconuts fall pretty much wherever. I don't think had part of my front hedge taken out by one company.
I almost never do reviews or recommendations but this job called for it.

Tree Bulls were outstanding! Went right to work, got the job done and cleaned up the space better than before they started. Great price and awesome work!

From requesting a quote, to the actual tree removal, to completing the job with our requested (optional) stump grinding, Tree Bulls were great with communication, had VERY reasonable pricing, and they do quality work. Ash came out to give us a free estimate, and due to their workload, he came out to do the job himself- cutting down a large tangerine tree, a small bougainvillea bush, 3 fully grown manila palms, and a medium sized orange tree. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job, both after the tree removal itself as well as the stump grinding. If you need trees removed, chat with them first! They were a great company to work with, ready to help and answer questions you might have.

Tree Bulls did a fabulous job for us taking down sone very large trees on the property and hauling it out. Efficient ontime safe and reasonably priced! Ash and his guys were great!

Kapila Gardens is a mango orchard and wedding venue on Oahu. We rely on Tree Bulls for all our trimming. Anyone with a truck and chain saw these days thinks they’re an arborist. But you need to go with skilled tree trimmers with professional gear and like these guys. Gaur was on time and always left the place cleaner then he arrived. Since he’s trimmed our many mango trees, some have fruited more this season the last 3 years combined. My wife is super happy. Highly recommend!

Contacted Tree Bulls to remove a 30 ft coconut tree damaged by the rhino beetle. These guys were polite, professional, ontime, great communicaters plus stuck to their estimate which I appreciated. Tree and debris removed safely. Would gladly recommend them. The state/govt should give them grants to help save our trees. Call them for estimates!

Love tree bulls (Ash) awesome work!
They are efficient, friendly, flexible, reliable and affordable. See before and after pictures of their amazing work.

By far the best tree trimming team I have worked with for my home in Kailua. They are responsive, reasonably priced, and helpful in determining how to trim and manage larger trees to keep them healthy.

Ash was very friendly and hardworking. I really appreciated his cleanliness, even cleaning up leaf litter that spilled over on our neighbors' sides. I will definitely be calling him again for maintaining our lychee tree.

My palm tree was getting too tall and too bushy and making scary noise when it stormed. I contacted the company and he came take a look. He was very nice and knowledgeable so we decided trim it. It went so smooth and now I feel soooooo much better looking at my palm tree no scary sounds or seeds clean up no worries! Thank you so much for your great service, will see you in 6 months!

Ash & his assistant came & topped/trimmed my tree, as i had requested, in a professional & efficient manner. They were done (including cleanup) in 30 minutes! I will be calling Ash/Tree Bulls in 6 mos for another trim.

I called last week and it was very easy to make an appointment. Today they were here on time , one man deal he took the tree down. I was surprised with the length of time it took him. A job well done. I would refer his company to whomever was in need of as tree trimmer. Much mahalo for your service.

We found Tree Bulls through an ad on Instagram. They were very communicative, arrived on time and had good pricing. They also did a great job with site clean up. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who needs tree maintenance and I will be using their services again in the future.

If it takes a minute for them to get back to you, be patient. It means these dudes are working. Offered me a great price. Showed up on time. Got right to work without screwing around. There were no 30 minute breaks or anything like that. Just straight up awesome work ethic and a level of professionalism that's kinda rare around here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this crew. They did an amazing job.

Thank you Tree Bulls ! So refreshing to have tree trimmers come that have heaps of initiative to solve problems and do a quality job. We have had different tree guys come over the years but Tree Bulls went above and beyond and did a great clean up job too. Highly recommended!
