Matt was a dream to work with. We recently purchased Lutron shades for our entire home. He made the process seamless and painless. When the shades arrived he and his team immediately went to work installing them. Without exception they were friendly and professional. They treated our home and our family with great respect. It was an absolutely perfect experience. I would definitely have them in our home again and I wholeheartedly recommended both their products and services. Best of all, the shades are GORGEOUS and work silently and smoothly!

The senior electrical technician Angel was very professional and explained to us our situation and provided us with a few options on how we can run our electrical. Angel and his coworker were working as a team and completed the task in a timely and professional manner.

I have called on Direct Electric for the last four years for my business and my home. They are always prompt and responsive and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. The team is top notch.

The company notified me that a technician would come to my residence between 9-10 am. He arrived at 9 am. He replaced an old outlet in my kitchen with a GFIC one. I asked if he could replace another one on the same circuit but he told me that the one GFIC would take care of any shorts since they're on the same line. He saved me the cost of another outlet.

Woke up one morning and only part of the house had power. Called Direct Electric and they were able to come out that morning. Adam checked and found the problem within half an hour. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The problem is from HECO but I will be calling Direct Electric when I need something fixed.
