Had only 1 guy working the front, so I waited 45 minutes and still wasn't helped. Will never go there again!

They had the pipe connectors my husband needed when Home Depot and Lowes were out.

I called Pace supply and spoke to a very pleasant young lady. She was helpful, informative and knowledgeable. Whomever hired her did a GREAT job a GREAT asset to their company!GOOD JOB!

Kalei went above and beyond to help me out with a part. Very kind and professional! Will be using again! Shout out to her and the team!

I was a 1st time customer as Pace just this weekA man named Kevin helped me twice. He was just AWESOME. Very nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, he could not have been nicer! I will only buy my plumbing supplies from Pace from now on.

Today 04/07/2025 went to Ferguson Waipahu to find parts for my worn out light socket. Took my chances to find at Ferguson practically blind cause i don't have the brand. Luckily interacted with your staff Johnny whose good a great deal of customer service- super.
He went out of his way to search the parts for me by cheching every store on line. Took picture of the fixture to get some lead. He did magic and amazed me with his patience and his own ways of helping me.
Found the product, even chatted with the company Kicthler to further assit me.
Thank you Feeguson most especially to Johnn. I have never had a great customer service experience the way he helped me. Thank you and God Bless!

Only had one clerk. Son sent me to get something I knew nothing about
Sold me what my son needed. Everyone happy. Was a little disappointed because after he helped the customer in front of me, he chatted for a while.

Specialty plumbing supply store. Parts for Kohler, Delta, Moen, Price-Pfister, etc. NOT normally stocked at Lowe's, Home Depot, or True Value you can find here readily available.

Very Friendly staff! Had the parts that I was looking for in stock. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend checking these guys out if you can't find it any where else!

My plumber sent me with a shopping list. I just handed to the man at Fergusons and they pulled everything for me. Nothing like the anxiety I get when trying to do the same thing at a couple of area big box stores. These guys know their stuff so I, who have no desire to learn it, don't have to.

All your plumbing needs! Make sure u check the hours.... they close early!

The parking lot is small however after four visits I have always found a place to park. Ferguson is definitely a back up to larger more convenient stores for plumbing parts. Staff is friendly and provided assistance in a reasonable manner. Store was clean and well organized. I definitely keep this store on my list of places to support my projects.

Excellent choice of plumbing supplies. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back there in the future.

Update as of 19NOV22: Still a good place to get plumbing related items. Good selection, competitive prices and discounts for those who know how to ask. We got here for all of our plumbung needs.

I thought I broke the handle off from our kitchen faucet so a friend of mine who is a plumber advised me to go to Ferguson Plumbing in Waipahu to get the replacement parts. Upon entering the store I had no idea what I would need so I approached the counter and Isa asked me if I needed help. I showed him my faucet handle and a video plus 2 still shots of the faucet and told him what happened. He looked at the photos and told me I did not break the faucet but the screw that holds it on was loose. He pried off the cover that hid the screw and showed me that the screw takes a 1/8 inch Allen wrench. He explained what I needed to do to not only reattach the handle but to also replace the inside part that was leaking. His instructions were so thorough and he also included the cautions and possible problems I might encounter as in a possible frozen cap covering the housing and making sure the correct Allen wrench was used because it was possible to strip the screw and that would require changing the handle too.

Because of his excellent instructions, I was able to go home and replace the faucet innards and the faucet handle. There is no leaking now and the task took less than 5 minutes to complete!

Thank you, Isa! Your fine customer service and willingness to teach a customer how to do a task on their own is greatly appreciated. You saved me a lot of money because I didn't have to call a plumber and also gave me enough confidence to be able to complete this task in the future should it be needed.
