Good customer service and climbers available for trimming trees.

High Regard showed up on time at 7 am to prune my (huge) mango and ulu. One of my concerns was to remove the large branches over my roof and neighbor's roof, and also to provide some light in my very small backyard. Crew coordinated, working together beautifully to trim the trees, completing this big job by the afternoon, more quickly than I expected. They also did a great clean up job - huge amount of branches. Mahalo, folks - lovely work, trimmed trees will now grow healthy, and bonus - there is sunshine in backyard!

The entire staff is very friendly and professional! It was easy to work with them from start to finish. We will certainly use High Regard Tree Care in the future!

Extremely professional, responsive and efficient. From the first call to the initial consult thru execution, it was an extremely pleasant experience. All team members were terrific, especially the office staff.

High Regard provided me with outstanding and timely service from my first request to completion of the job. Staff were professional and very mindful of my specific needs and concerns. They took specific care to ensure my yard was not damaged by their equipment or work. Highly recommend.

Excellent company. Project: complex multiple palm tree removal next to home. Expertise demonstrated from consumer relations to bid proposal. to physically carrying out the job to follow up.

Great service. Very accommodating. Thanks for all your help.

Beautiful job on my roof! Your employees were very professional. Also, your cost was well below your competitors.

Responsive, thorough, listens to customer and performs responsibly. All the attributes anyone could wish or hope for in a company that works on your home. Highly recommend.

I was so pleased with the work done to our third floor at Campbell Ave and especially Mr Percy Wong. He was also available and quick responds when we had a question to ask. And also your reference to SVS Concrete what a tremendous work Salvador did for us. Thank you Edean Iwanaga

Professional and quick to respond. After reaching out to multiple companies Roy from Surface Shield Roofing gave me a call immediately. I have a home in Waipio gentry and he was very knowledgable about the type of roofs allowed in that area as the HOA has specifics rules and gave us a very competitive quote for 3 different approved roof types. He also gave us suggestions on quick fixes which I appreciated as some roofing companies imply try to sell you on the most expensive solution.

If you are looking for competitive prices with a company who has integrity definitely reach out to these guys.

Thanks again Roy!

Surface Shield did a custom standing seam roof as part of my extensive remodeling project. I discovered a leak. It was difficult to know whether it was a gutter problem or a roofing problem. It took months to figure this out, but Steve and Shon assured me that they stood behind their work and would resolve the problem. They always responded promptly, always showed up on time, and always kept me posted. They didn't just walk away after they'd been paid, never to be heard from again like some other contractors. Though frustrating at times, I never felt abandoned , and I think the leak is resolved. Professionalism, and commitment to quality, and pride in your work are qualities we all want in our contractors. My project was a nightmare, but the roof is secure, thanks to Steve and Shon and Jen. You can be assured that no matter what, other problems you may encounter in your project, your roof will be taken care of.

Surface Shield was excellent!!

They had a good price, very friendly staff, very professional, very responsive in communications. They were everything you would hope for when looking for a contractor and more. Will definitely recommend them.

We are extremely happy with our new roof!!!

Excellent!!! A++++ :)

Great job. No leaks. Starting a week late cost them one star.. I had planned for delays just in case there were issues. They worked with me in getting my solar company to remove my PV panels. One of the best prices out there. Shingles look good. Share a roof with a neighbor duplex. was able to work with us to get them both done at the same time. They helped a lot by being able to keep the sat dish on the roof. I had to tighten the main lag bolts. They were loose.

Had a wonderful experience using Surface Shield Roofing Company. Percy Wong and Ian Ashley were just terrific working with me from the start of the project to the completion. The service I've received was above and beyond my expectations. From answering my questions to keeping me up to date on the job status. The job was completed in the time frame that they had projected and what a wonderful and beautiful job they had done. I highly recommend using Surface Shield Roofing Company for your roofing needs. I am sure you will be a happy and satisfied Customer as I am.
