Well maybe the person behind the counter was just having a bad day but he was not someone who made you want to go back. Seemed annoyed to answer your questions which are rather important if you dont want to poison your whole household. There were two people who who walked in after my boss and I but I guess I didnt look like I wanted to buy anything and even asked my boss when I was carrying product out if i was with her like i was some bum just wanting to hang out in a little pest control shop. He really tries to sell the higher priced stuff when theres a product better or just lower priced than his recommendation . Not everyone is clueless or appearance means your brain is lacking intelligence. Ill never go back. Customer service means a bunch in my book.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Quickly got everything I needed to treat weeds and bugs. I will definitely come back for any diy pest and weed control needs. Thank you!

I'm done with this company for like I don't know 12-15 years people are real helpful there and your products were great you follow the instructions

My experience with Gary at Do it yourself pest control has always been 5*****. He always provides me with several options for achieving my desired end result. His knowledge of Pest control products is second to none. I would not shop for pest control products at any other store.

The store person I spoke with very helpful. He knew what I needed and it was completed, then mentioned another product to use after to assure no more return of first concern. Thank you.

I always get all my stuff for my house there the people that work there are extremely knowledgeable in the business and more than willing to help and not rip you off , also they will help you with a game plan and make sure you dont over buy products just what you need , I love this place and my yars is weeds free for months , there is several options depending on your needs check it out you'll love this place

We have used DYI Pest for the last 5 years. For indoor, outdoor bugs, premergent, vegetation killer, and termite treatment. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Saved a ton of money.

Just purchased some weed and pest spray from this location. The gentleman on staff was very knowledgeable and pointed out the liquid death that assure no vegitation or multi-legged would darken my doorway. They also have sprayers of varying size (1 or 2 gallon) depending on your arsenal needs. Without prompting the sales associate pulled out a trusty felt tipped pen and wrote the correct amount of poison on each bottle that would assure instant death to everything in my lawn and not myself.

I will be back when the time arises for a refill and I reccomend this shop to everyone.

Fast in and out same people working there make you feel welcome. No there jobs well!! I feel that they like being there as well. We've all been somewhere were the person doesn't want to be there and they dont care. We'll it's not like that at Mike Pierce Insurance!! Sincerely Daniel Ancheta.

A great place to go if you want to "Do it yourself!" You never get unnecessary things tacked on, always a great experience. Mr. Cool at the Broadway location is always so helpful!

Excellent customer service and great advice & knowledge on taking care of weeds & critters around the house saved a lot of money and got better results doing it myself because you can control the potency I’ll never pay someone to do it again

Just the facts and the solutions work. Could not be easier. I pay my neighbor's landscaper do my side yard that borders theirs to my driveway when their yard is done (it is 10% of my yard). I spend less on the chemicals for the other 90% at do it yourself and it does the same job using an hour every Sat morning for a month or so. Saving a ton of money using these products
