Choice of plants and flowers was wonderful. But service was awful. Only one person checking with a line of about 15 people. Asked to have someone help me load my car. Waited about15-20 minutes find finally gave up and did it myself.

I went in because I had a gift card. I was hoping to grab a vacuum. They only had 5 to choose from. Absolutely no variety or options especially when compared to Lowe's across I-35. The same went for the gardening options. Also, the prices are much higher. Think i will head back to Lowe's

Very helpful people that work here. Plants could use a little better care. Some are sickly need water attention. Its all good when we get them home they get what they need. The plants of course. Overall a 8 out of 10 for garden center. Yea

Plants look unwell and overwatered. Some pots were overrun with weed. Indoor plants are outside under sun. Not impressed with the care of the plant.

Nice staff, helpful and polite. A young man helped me take my stuff to the car and unload it and he was very respectful..

Everyone was masked and they had the products I needed in the garden center so I could get in and out quickly. The staff was extremely helpful when I came up to the check out with my arms full of items.

Best kept secret in the Four Points area of Austin. Store is consistently clean and I love the friendly staff there. Drove by their garden department this morning which looks like they are well stocked for Spring planting season. Can't wait to explore there soon for new garden needs.

The lawn and garden customer service was a bit, unconcerned about my questioned, barely nodded which way i needed to look for my item, i ended up spending 10 min looking for finding it in a completely different spot then what i think she told me. I dunno, maybe she nodded that way, would've been nice to have eye contact and verbal confermation, used to be they'd show you with a little interaction, like ya know, they gave a HOOT. Anyways, it's great stuff at a reasonable price, at least you still got that going for you!

Do not trust them for delivery, they will jerk you around

Visite Walmart en busca de cerveza y la dependiente lejos de explicarnos la política de bebidas alcohólicas, nos refirió que no nos iba a despachar sin explicarnos siquiera el por qué. Otra dependiente fue quien nos explicó que cuando va una familia y hay menores no se pueden comprar bebidas alcohólicas, cuanta grosería y maltrato y para colmo pedimos un supervisor y sin preguntar qué pasaba dijo que hablaría con la dependiente, pobre dueño de Walmart cuantos clientes perder diario por la mala atención.
