Came here the day after Thanksgiving. Great selection of Christmas trees and reasonable prices.

Don't ever try calling customer support. They don't answer. I tried calling 3 times. After nearly 2 hrs in total. Finally got someone to answer🙄

Never any knowledgeable help as to plant needs. Used to be pretty good prices but anymore not so much

Very disappointed in this location being that it's close to where i live they Never have anyone to help. The garden center is always alone with someone at the register only. I've come here most of the time knowing what i need. But when i do need assistance, theirs never anyone available or they have no knowledge. This location sux

Most inexpensive plants, but beautiful too, this is a Gardenia Tree.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. I don't spend alot of time out there but when I bought pavers they offered to help load them up

They had everything I needed even after I went somewhere else that should've had several items that I needed. The girl that checked me out was nice, helpful and efficient. Always enjoy shopping there.

I shopped at their garden center and their plants are well taken care of. Other home depots have dried up plants, and even their bulbs are super dry with no growth inside the bags! At this location all the bulbs were in great condition so I bought a peony and some dahlias that were already growing stems.

Christopher, who helps with the carts, was very kind and helpful and even assisted me in loading up my stuff in the car. Another gentleman who helped me with cutting some lumber to my measurements was very helpful and kind. Good folks 👍🏼.

I am extremely dissatisfied with a recent experience at Home Depot. I attempted to make an exchange for an online order that originated from your specific location, but an employee named Anthony, who identified himself as the manager but refused to provide his last name, denied the exchange. He stated it was due to the order being placed online.
Furthermore, Anthony refused to provide me with the full name of the General Store manager. When I tried to discuss the situation, Anthony became loud over the phone, which unfortunately led to me raising my voice as well. The call ended with him hanging up on me without any resolution.
The reason for the attempted exchange is that the delivered cement bags had hardened. This issue was not our fault, yet we are facing the inconvenience of dealing with unusable materials. Our company does spends several thousand dollars annually at Home Depot, and this incident feels like a poor way to treat a loyal customer.
When I called yesterday, I was informed that Home Depot would handle the exchange at the store, and I was even told that a receipt would not be necessary, although we did provide proof of purchase. It is unreasonable to assume that my staff would willingly go through the unnecessary labor of loading and unloading hardened cement bags without a legitimate issue.

Customer service was awesome! I was there for my husband and did NOT want to walk around for 2 hours looking for stuff. EVERY single one of the 5 associates I asked for help walked me directly to the items I needed. They were awesome! Polite, courteous, and friendly. I was out within 45 mins. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. 😊

Really nice garden center, it is transitioning over to Winter plants. This appears to be seemless to me. Good job.
