This review has nothing to do with customer services but more to do with the lack of options, could not find BASIC things for my home garden. Highly disappointed!

Ones lines, one cashier open by the plant section and you see 6 employees in a circle, 9n their phone chatting and not have clue to help out the growing lines. Not shopping at this location ever. Can't teach Comman sense.

This location has the best nursery uptown. Well the only nursery I kno of besides the urban garden in Harlem. I could wonder around but this place for hours.

Garden center the best!

No selection of Christmas trees😐

Very quick stop excellent service .

Needs more employees working especially on a weekend a few weeks away from Christmas.

It took 15 minutes to find somebody to help me. Once I found somebody to help me , They did so fully and thoroughly

They have it all. Prices seem a little high. Bought Behr paint(pastels). Covered nice easy to apply and clean up.

New plants and flowers, soil.

Have always been greeted with friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite NYC Home Depot locations. ps. The garden center is amazing, just wish they had more of a cacti and succulent selection. 😁

Francisco did an amazing job building our patio. Very reasonable and amazing craftmanship. I highly recommend and will use his services again.

Fransisco has been wonderful to work with from start to finish! He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered a lawn beautifully planted, pruned, and mulched. He also designed a beautiful rock garden in a hilly area where plants needed extra protection. I’ve hired him to do my monthly yard care as well. Highly recommended!

Frank Landscaping LLC does excellent work. He is very detailed, responsible, and punctual. Always meet your expectations. I highly recommend him, he is the best landscaper!
