It’s taken me a long time to write this review but I feel confused as to why there are so many good reviews here. While I will say that she was very nice, that’s where the value ends. I spent $500 plus tip for a move in deep cleaning in December, I didn’t end up moving in until February because I needed to be home with visiting my Dad. It was an empty one bedroom apartment, we spoke on the phone and she told me not to worry when I wanted to go over what I needed cleaned. She took 8 hours and I’m not exactly sure what she did. The fridge was half wiped, the counters were greasy. She didn’t clean the above the doors and she ignored dishwasher, the filter was nasty and it wasn’t cleaned at all. The floors weren’t moped, a swifter was used. The insides of the drawers weren’t wiped down. We have high ceilings and she came back to fix what little I had noticed but didn’t bring a ladder to clean the buildouts which were covered in dust. The blinds are filthy.. . I would expect a much deeper clean for the price and the size of my place. She basically did what I could has done for free. If I didn’t pay cash, I would dispute the charges. $500 is a lot for us and I feel deeply disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic job! We were moving out of our house and needed it thoroughly cleaned for the new tenants. She did an outstanding job. every room was clean, the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled, and she paid great attention to detail. Highly professional, reliable, and hardworking.

I am still somewhat in shock of how poorly Zulia "cleaned" my home. Despite being hired for a move out deep clean, in which she shared in writing the tasks she'd do, one of two toilets was left uncleaned, light fixtures were untouched, she didn't mop half of the home, the paint on the exterior of the refrigerator was scratched beyond repair, and much more. Zulia also increased the cost of the clean halfway through, stating it would be $800 despite an initial estimate between $550-650- for a completely empty 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. I communicated my disappointment, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.

I really don't understand how she has so many positive reviews, as I am left feeling scammed.

On December 28, I urgently needed a deep cleaning at my mother’s home ahead of our annual family gathering, and Zulia from Zulia’s Cleaning Services truly came to the rescue. She graciously answered my early-morning call and arrived ready to work — and the results were exceptional.

Zulia meticulously cleaned two full floors, including two bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen (the basement was not requested). Every surface was treated with incredible care and attention to detail. She polished all furniture, cleaned light fixtures — including tall lamps — and left the windows absolutely sparkling. The entire home looked and felt as if we had just purchased a brand-new loft.

The bathroom, including a large soaking tub, was immaculately cleaned, and every mirror — even the small standing ones — was spotless. All rugs were thoroughly vacuumed, including the 14 individual mini rugs on each step leading to the second floor, something many cleaners overlook. She even cleaned decorative items such as vases and took the time to dust the fake flowers and every single petal.

The living room, where our family gathered the following day, felt especially fresh and welcoming. The air throughout the house smelled clean and crisp without being overwhelming. I followed up with Zulia afterward to ask which products she uses because the freshness stood out so noticeably, and she kindly shared that she uses Mrs. Meyer’s organic products.

Zulia’s work exceeded every expectation. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and remarkable attention to detail made a stressful situation completely worry-free. I absolutely look forward to rehiring her services in the future and am happy to support such an outstanding local business.

Zulia was wonderful, attentive and performed beyond expectations. I contacted Zulia to clean my newly purchased home (3 bed, 3 bath) before moving in. Zulia gave me an estimate a few weeks before the clean which was much appreciated. The home had previously been occupied by owners that had 2 dogs and they had left it broom clean upon move out, still smelling of dog so I knew she had her work cut out for her. Once the day came, she spent nearly 10 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of the home, leaving it smelling fresh and ready to move into. This included a rather dirty/greasy oven that was left from the previous owner. It feels like a new home now that Zulia worked her magic, and I can't recommend her highly enough

From the first time I spoke with Zulia on the phone to ask about her availability, through the moment I walked into my home after she had come through & brilliantly performed her magic, the entire experience has been fantastic! Her communication was timely & clear; her pricing was reasonable & transparent; & my home was breathtakingly clean! I’m moving into a place that needed a thorough cleaning before I load in my contents, & when I opened the door, despite being empty, it felt like home because it was THAT clean! This was the best investment of my money, both for my emotions as well as the challenge of moving. Hire Zulia…you won’t regret it!
