Brian and his crew did an incredible job re-doing the deck at the place we rent. Not only was their work top notch, he was incredibly responsive (answering questions and communicating their building plan for the day). Having ongoing construction isn’t always the most ideal and they made it an absolute joy! Highly highly recommend!!

We hired Champlain Valley Site Work and Building to add stairs into the hill up from our driveway to our house and a patio. From the start Brian was excellent with communicating and bringing our vision to life. The team that did the project was exceptional from start to finish. They took so much pride in their work and made sure that we were happy along the way. Additionally, they were also just a pleasure to have do the job, our daughter was so entranced with watching them work and they treated her so kindly. We cannot recommend this company enough and will 100% have them back for future projects on our property.

I was referred to Jay Miller through my landscape construction company and I was so happy our paths have crossed. I worked closely with Jay for about 8 months designing and architecting my landscape renovation project. He paid attention to every detail and proposed multiple solutions to challenges that were present during the design phase. He was there to help us select hardscape product, was there to pick our plantings, and frequented our property while construction was underway to ensure everything was progressing as planned.

The lot was steep and the meandering paths, steps and bridges help navigate the beautiful perennial beds. Once the perennials fill in, the yard will be a sea of colors and textures year round!

Jay provides outstanding service! He continued to make adjustments to our plan until we were completely satisfied. He made multiple trips to our house to check progress, and he met with the landscape contractor several times to answer questions and ensure we were happy with the progress. He is easy to work with, very flexible, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine taking on a project of this size without his help.

Landscape Solutions is a blessing in my life! When I first moved in with my (now) late husband, he had everything in place and running smoothly - like maintenance of the yard, mowing, plowing, shoveling, fertilizing. When he suddenly passed away in winter 2022/2023, everything became my responsibility.
I had absolutely no idea what to do. So I did nothing, meaning I made no changes to any of the systems because as far as I could tell the systems were working.
I found out how wrong I was when I came home one Sunday and 1. Could not get into my garage with my SUV, and 2. Even though I walked through the snow that had been piled in front of my garage bays, I could not get from the garage and into my house without walking (in sneakers) on the cement walkway between the garage and the mudroom which was covered with literally 18” of snow. The snow was above my knees.
Sometime this fall I figured out I had to make some changes. I am so glad I found Landscape Solutions! OMG! They have saved my life! They completely clear my driveway without blocking any garage bays! They clear any and all walkways! They cleared/shoveled my stairs at both the mudroom, and front door entrances! Landscape Solutions is fantastic! I highly recommend this company. Jerry is very professional and pleasant to chat with. He is a man of his word and a good family man.

Cy Benoit and his team at ArborScape have been taking care of our property in Pomfret for almost 20 years. With Cy's knowledge and guidance our property has continued to evolve into such a little haven for us. What started out as a small house surrounded by woods has transformed into rolling hills with beautiful views from every window. His team of gardeners keep everything in beautiful shape. I couldn’t be happier with ArborScape. Cy and his crew are an amazing team, incredibly dependable and competent. They’ve done everything for me over the past five years, snow plowing, shoveling, tree work, driveway repair, you name it. They do a great job and go above and beyond while they’re at it, all with a smile. The other day they were here, finished (I thought) and left but were back fifteen minutes later with a snowblower to make a “racetrack” for the dog, then knocked the snow off the car on their way by just for the fun of it. They have given great care to our aging apple trees, built a spectacular retaining wall and walkway, excavated for our bulkhead, graded and seed our lawn, and cut down and disposed of a number of large trees and trimmed many others. We hired this team to help us with our property given that we were surrounded by trees. We were concerned about the amount of trees that were close to the house and allowing more natural light into our home. It was perfectly done which it looks like the property was like this for years. We then did an addition to our home and had them come by for some more work. Working with the team from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. We highly recommend this team.

A crew of three very competent, professional and knowledgeable guys were sent over to take down a few trees close to my house. The entire day watching them in action & what they accomplished & the equipment they operated with skill and precision was impressive. I was in awe at their tree climbing skills & finally, leaving everything as they found it, less a few trees! Quite a production! Looking forward to next fall to have them back again!

Drew has been outstanding! I was in a pinch and he was able to plow my driveway immediately. Even with the most recent snowstorm pounding area with 12 inches of snow he agreed to come help me. Hodge Land & Lawn did an excellent job for us this spring. The crew was professional, quick, and very reliable. They came out for a full spring cleanup and have been handling our weekly mowing ever since. Communication has been easy, and the work is always done thoroughly and on time. Our yard has never looked better. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and consistent lawn care services.

We have been with Natural Lawn for approximately 10 years. We appreciate their minimal use of pesticides. They are great to work with and very accommodating to special requests.
