Dan said he would come and remove our snow from our driveway and never showed up, couldn’t get ahold of him and Mindy the office manager said he was still on the way at 12:30am so I stayed up, after 1Am I finally went to bed and woke up to Dan reading my messages but never responded or showed up, terrible I will never think about calling this company again.

Only got an estimate. Showed up on time even though I couldn't answer the door, he did the estimate and emailed it to me.

Excellent to work with, reasonable prices, clean up after job was impressive. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing tree work done.

The workers were helpful. They went out of their way and cut me cookies for my wedding. So nice and very kind.

On time, reasonable pricing and very professional. We have 3 older White Pines hanging over our home and black top driveway. Duck Creek trimmed these up nicely. All 3 had quite a few large branches, they swung them down and away from house. Made it look easy. They also hauled out piles of branches and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks again

Tyler and his crew were amazing! We enjoyed watching the process of cutting a large tree down! They all had helmets on that they could all speak to each other.
They also removed the wood and scraps that resulted. They EXCEEDED my expectations and finished everything eithin ONE DAY.
I strongly recommend Tyler Roffers!!!

Top notch did a wonderful job with our hedges in the front of our house with Care we would definitely recommend them for the price amazing work thank you.

We hired the company to get rid of spiders. I appreciate Tactical because the owner is honest, trustworthy, and affordable. I would recommend Tactical Bug Control.

Two years ago I had pavement ants coming into my house. I tried several times to take care of them on my own, without success.

When the ants came back last spring, I decided to call Lorenz. After the first treatment the ants disappeared. He came back at the end of the summer and treated around my house to keep the ants from wintering around my foundation. It’s been a year since I last saw an ant in my house. I’ll definitely have him back this spring.

I’m giving TBC five stars because the price is right, the customer service is excellent and, most importantly, no more ants.

I asked where the trellis are and the lady was super short and unhelpful. I decided I dont want to spend my money here. Also heard some other older women workers talking crap about someone with arm tattoos. It's 2025 not the 60s anymore, times change and the additudes should too.

I enjoy buying fig trees from this store, as well as rare Chinese jasmine. Their succulents are also quite nice. It’s definitely worth a visit.

We needed to replace our grill. Having decided which grill to buy we then were trying to determine where to buy it. I had never thought of Stein's but what they offered (new grill, free assembly, free delivery, and free pick up of old grill) was not offered by anyone else. That is huge. Grill has to be over $500 but we were well above that. I went to Stein's to check out the grill we wanted (which they had floor model) and I moved forward with purchase. They handled it well and explained estimated time line for getting new grill delivered and pick up up of old grill. Before the estimated time, I got a call from Beth and the grill was ready. She delivered the grill and took our old grill. I spoke with her and she also assembled the grill. At that point I was very impressed with Stein's on how they handled grill assembly and delivery/pickup. When we went to use the grill for the first time there was an issue with the grill. I called Beth and explained the issue thinking that I would ultimately have to handle through the manufacturer. A few days later Beth called me and said she had the parts to resolve the issue and that she could stop by with the parts. Beth came over with the parts and fixed the issue. Very impressed with Stein's and Beth!

Beautiful flowers and Fall arrangements. Very helpful at checkout. Bought Beautiful arboretum tree for good price. Markdown looks like wind went thru these but lots of good ones left . Would of bought another one but no more room on vehicle.

When the customer in front of me checked out the cashier was making fun of her with another associate. She was even talking about her child with autism! Her child was having a sensory issue and was screaming, crying, having a melt down.The lady was apologizing to the cashier.. to me..to everyone... and explained her child was austic. She was so embrassed and trying her best. I felt so bad for her. When she walked way the cashier said her child wasnt austic and the child needed punished. That everyone now days says their child is austic to excuse bad behavior etc etc. I left my items and walked out! I will not give them my business!!! So uncalled for and unprofessional!

This Stein’s is a great place to go for some beautiful plants, flowers, plant pots, and/or other plant/garden materials. We have enjoyed Stein’s every time we have shopped here. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

I'm very satisfied with the professional job they did. They removed an ash tree and a big limb from a maple tree that was hanging over the roof of my house. Per my request, they stacked the wood neatly and did a wonderful job cleaning up the yard. They even cleaned the curbside of fallen leaves which was over and above what they needed to do, but I sure appreciate it! All this, and they were very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you guys!

We called Dorn’s in May after a storm left tree debris in our yard. Mason and his crew were at our home quickly and had everything cleaned up. We were very impressed with this experience.
During their service it was noted that a large tree on our property had split during the storm and would need to be removed. The crew put straps on the tree to secure it, and I was given a quote and asked to call to schedule removal. I called and left a message, then called again a week later when I hadn’t heard back. It is my understanding that a work-related accident took place, which likely contributed to the delay in communication. The removal was scheduled, and crews showed up a day before the scheduled date. I was then told the job would not be completed without bringing in a lift. I was understanding, as I want whoever is doing the job to be safe and comfortable. I was told we would be notified when a lift was available to reschedule, but after a few attempts to call and text over a month we never heard back and ended up going with a different company. I understand this may have been a fluke as so many people I know have had good experience with them, but the lack of follow up at the end was very frustrating for us.

They did a great job dropping this tree having to avoid power lines, a garage, the house, and the driveway. I would recall them to anyone looking for tree service.
