Arellano Landscaping did a fabulous job on my mother's house that had been overgrown for years. It looks perfect. They responded to me quickly and finished the job early. I'm very pleased

They ran into my aluminum fence - twice. Totally destroyed the panel. They said they would fix it. It never happened. $600 in damage. They also dinged up my fence in several other places. They go too fast.

The account was under my wife's last name - Grant. But I'm surprised you can't remember since your dad ran into the fence and I spoke with you on the phone three times. It's not too late to reimburse me for the damages. I'm happy to provide a reciept.

Update - They promised to reimburse me for damages but never did. STILL WAITING GUYS. If you like your fence, don't hire these guys. They drive their mowers way too fast. I didn't even ask them to fix all the damage - just the panel that they completely destroyed.

Jordan was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. He provided us with the best service I’ve ever experienced. One day scheduled an appointment for estimate came back the next morning and started working immediately. Job was completed before noon. I would totally use them again. This company is highly recommended

We can not say enough about Arellano Landscaping. My wife found Arellano on the web and filled out a simple form. The response was quick and within an hour a representative was here giving us a quote. We needed trees, bushes, and shrubs all cleared up. Next day and a few hours later everything was just as we asked. Very happy with their professionalism and understanding of small last minute request. I would highly recommend and have them back for more work. Two thumbs up.

The only reason we did not offer Jordan the job in the end was because we had a change of mind mid project regarding plants, and another company offered me a package deal. Worked with Jordan directly, was very responsive and pricing was fair and in line with other quotes. Went with Allerano because his quote was detailed, included pictures and descriptions of services. I was not getting anything like that from others. We had a front retaining wall redone, and a large area in our backyard redone (removal of plants, ground cover, edging, plants added, mulched and decorative stone) as well as leveling under our deck and stones added to fill in the space. Looking to use Allerano again for more projects, can not recommend enough.

After this last snow/ice storm, and below freezing temps our snow blower died, and our cars wouldn't start. Being older with some handicaps prohibited shoveling, this coupled with my mother receiving in-home hospice care, it was imperative the nurses had safe access to park, and enter our home. After calling several services in the area who advertised residential (single home) snow removal, I didn't get a call back at all or was told they didn't do that?? When I called Arellano Lanscaping, I got a call back w/in minutes, and was told they could do it that afternoon, and quoted a fair price! They showed up on time, were super friendly, and went above and beyond to dig us out. I will definitely be calling to inquire about summer landscaping work. If this company is willing to do a small job, and do it well for a customer in need, I suspect they treat their larger jobs the same if not better. Highly recommended 😇

I have used the Arellano landscaping services three times for Spring cleanup and mulching The job is well done with premium mulch. Edging and tree trimming very well done and very good cleanup. Only thing is there is no written quote and no communication as to when they’ll start or complete job. Usually two 1/2 days. Overall, I am happy with their service and will use them again.

We hired Arellano Landscaping for spring cleaning and mulching services, as well as regular lawn care. They did a phenomenal job getting our yard looking its best. They went above and beyond in their work to clear and edge our garden beds and to carefully mulch them. We greatly appreciated how careful they were as well. They provided these services after heavy rain and were careful not to damage the lawn. We are thrilled with the services and look forward to using them for future landscaping needs.

I recently had Jordan with Arellan Landscaping put in a stone walkway at high profile location in downtown St Charles, so it needed to be professional and able to be done with a somewhat staggered timeline due to local construction. Jordan and his very professional crew worked with me on it and the results are better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Arellano Landscaping for any stone garned or walkway needs.

Check his work. Not qualified. It’s BAD. Scammer alert. See pictures of this guys work. He will try a refute, but attached are photos of his actual work. He says below that he came back, but didn’t do anything. As you can see by the photos, this is the way this “company” left my home. It still makes me laugh that he “made” his own siding corner. See pic. This was a sure sign of a bad company. I actually send him the part and it costed $1, he decided to “make” one. Ha ha. Terrible, worst I have ever seen “seam job”. Turf is all lumpy. So bad we are dealing with insurance. Broken downspout, Terrible experience. It’s basically a kid running the place. They destroyed my entire concrete patio while installing turf. Here are the “minor” damage photos ( it’s actually majorly scratched and etched into the concrete) and the quality of his work. This dude didn’t fix anything. He just bailed with my money and all.
