We've used My Tree Service on a number of occasions over the years and they have always provided exceptional service at a reasonable price.

My Tree Service did an excellent job removing three trees from our yard, one of which was near our house. Very professional and very efficient, I highly recommend them.

Removed two massive red oaks from my property. Not at all an easy task considering the location of the trees . Had to remove them piece by piece and swing 4000lb logs over my house . Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others ..they are a bit off on their estimating , but their work is impeccable.

They did a very thorough and detailed job. However, they were not so good at bidding the job. Estimate to remove two large dead trees and trim another with dead branches was $720. The actual bill was $990. Nearly 40% overage! He stated in advance that to pick up and haul a pile of limbs nearby would cost a bit extra (time to run across town and back to empty his truck). The total job ended up being 3 extra man-hours.

I have been watching them for the last two days. The guy in the bucket that cut the limbs is very impressive. He really knows what he is doing. He is very thorough, he knows how to study the tree to get the right limb and how to cut it. Then the guy in the crane hosted the limb to the guys on the ground. They work steady and get the job done and communicate very well. Clean up job is excellent. They are very nice also. SAFETY first with these guys too. Thank you all

We used My Tree Service LLC to take down two trees. His estimate was $540 to take down the two trees and we would clean them up. He only cut down one tree, per our request, and then tried to charge us $810! He gave us no explanation as to why two trees cost $540 and one tree cost $810. We refused to pay the extra $270 and he took us to court. Ultimately, the judge saw through his scam to overcharge his customers and ruled in our favor. We do not recommend My Tree Service LLC because we feel his business practices are dishonest.

I have the most respect on how Jim handled this claim. He is truly a professional. I have the most trust in Jim and crew from My Tree Service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had My Tree Service trim trees and cut down a tree. I have had other tree operators on the property and there is absolutely no comparison to My Tree Service. My Tree Service is a professional and knowledgeable business that does an impressive job.

Very prompt response to come and give an estimate. Performed the job very quickly within just a few days of approval. Provided pictures before and after for owner of property who was out of town when the job was completed.

My Tree Service provided exactly the tree work we had agreed upon. Their staff onsite were polite, professional, and very careful with my tree and my property. My tree is trimmed well, and no longer touching my roof. I would gladly engage this company for further tree work if it became necessary.

We decided to build a natural fence line with arborvitaes. No small investment in approximately 80 trees. Over time, they started to die off. After several frustrating attempts to replace them and start over with no success, we called My Tree Service. Jim is clearly an expert arborist. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and treat them, curing the (fungal) issue, and saving our beautiful arbs. My Tree Service has also been back to treat our cedar trees and arborvitaes for bagworms. With their care and proper maintenance, including the right fertilizer, our trees are thriving and gorgeous. Not only has each experience been an outstanding one - incredibly professional, timely, analytical, and thoroughly informative - but Jim, Dakota and Kaitlyn are also friendly, personable and kind. They are respectful and expeditious in scheduling, and with their communications by letting us know in advance when they're on their way. We very highly recommend My Tree Service. They truly care about their customers, and about the work they do, and offer superior expertise and excellent business practices. Not to mention they are dependable. They do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it, and always with the utmost professionalism.

My Tree Service was prompt, professional and very good at trimming my trees. Additionally, the crew was very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service and staff. I enthusiastically recommend them for tree removal and trimming. The initial inspection was conducted professionally and was very informative. I received a no-cost estimate that day and scheduled the work (removal of a tree). On the scheduled day, I received a call from their office and a text advising me they were on the way. The crew arrived 30 minutes early. They set up their work site with cones and were oufitted in first rate safety gear. Their equipment was top notch. This is no fly-by-night setup. This is a professionally run and equipped service that in my opinion, has no rivals in this area that is rife with questionable "tree services" that are nowhere near as professional, dependable, prompt, and honest as My Tree Service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained staff are icing on the cake.

My husband and I are long time customers of My Tree Service. Their professionalism and business practices put the customer first. We love our trees but sometimes they reach the end of their life span or become sick or infested that is beyond our care. Jim and his crew listen to us and guide us through what needs to be done. We trust him and will continue to call him again. (The most recent call was to take down an ornamental tree that had died. )

These guys nailed it! Jim and his crew were on top of this job from the minute they got there.

The guys cleaned up and even helped me move some junk that was in the yard. They went above and beyond and the price was very reasonable.

My tree service was prompt with there estimate and scheduling for our tree removal. We had them remove a very large oak tree that was close to our house and landscaped area. they took the tree down with care and there was no damage to the house or landscaping. I would recommend them for any tree removal project.
