Never answered the phone, never called back, never showed up.
Edit: I am not talking about the wrong company, unless the phone number you have listed here, is incorrect, which still means you're not reliable... it would show that you can come on here and reply to a negative review, but not update your phone number, or return calls. Either way, I'm not removing my review. I did call, I did reach a voice-mail when I called, and I did leave a message, with my name, and phone number. Never got a call back. I had to use another company. Reviews are here for a reason, and I speak the truth.

These guys are amazingly talented! I don’t know of anything they cannot do from trimming trees to replacing fences, laying tile, installing French drains, etc. If you need a job done, give them a call. They are hard working men who take pride in their jobs; therefore, their work is almost to perfection!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I've know this family many years! I have used their services and have always experienced professional, courteous, dependable, service. Spoke with Tricia who immediately let me know she thought I might be attempting to scam her because I called from my business phone number and not a local area code. I assured her I would meet her in person at the property and could pay in cash, cashier's check, credit card, or whatever form was most acceptable if the quote was accepted. She went on to schedule to meet me the following Wednesday (04/08/2026) at 3 p.m.

Tricia never showed up to make the quote. I followed up with a call which went directly to voicemail to confirm the time with her again. Additionally, I reached out to the email address on the company Facebook page; still no response.

If Tricia suspected I was going to say one thing, and do another (to scam her) she responded by saying one thing and yet doing another. The positive outcome of this encounter is that I know to never reach out to J & B Tree Service for any of my properties.

J & B did an amazing job tackling a terrible large Bois d’Arc tree. They were extremely considerate of our lawn and laid down plywood to protect it from the tractor. Cautiously trimmed and fell the tree around our fence. Cleaned up every last branch and nasty thorn! They are coming back to grind the remaining stump….just an excellent experience with the team all around!! Professional, kind, and great price!!! Thank you J & B for removing the tire piercing, eye sore from our yard! They deserve 6 stars for the awful yellow sap and thorns!!

Cory and his crew are fabulous and very professional. The work they do is very organized and the cleanup is fantastic. They take direction and requests in stride and are very respectful. Their word is the bond they said they’d be done in four days and they were. They left the area much cleaner than when they got here. Their prices can’t be beat, very reasonable for the work they put in. I would highly recommend this company for tree removal and or service you are looking for. We will be hiring them again to remove more trees.

These guys are awesome! He is a client of my sisters and she called him after the tornado came through this morning he loaded his crew and equipment up and came to Texarkana AR from Dekalb TX . They have been working for the last three hours non stop through rain and lighting. He assured me they would cut, clean and haul everything off. Fantastic work by these gentlemen! Had a 100-year oak fall in a storm and smash my pickup. These guys came out right away and sent me an estimate for the insurance company. After getting the okay from the insurance, they came right out and cut up everything and got rid of it for me. They cleaned up the area very nicely. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. Will have them back out in the fall to do some trimming of the other 2 oaks in front of the house. Great job guys!

We have used Childer's in a couple of tree removal projects over the years. They have been quick on both estimates and completing the work. They are timely and cleaned up the mess made from tree cutting with no damages to property. Would definitely use them again!

I called one of the coldest days we had, snow and ice on the ground. Told them what I needed and they went to the house immediately. Gave me a quote on the phone, they took care of the job. They even picked up the cut limb so I didn't have to.
