I am so happy that I found On Hand Lawn Care @ 7 years ago. The guys always did a wonderful job on my lawn and were very professional and friendly. When I needed to call the office the ladies were so friendly, kind, helpful and professional.
Thank you all for helping me keep my home looking loved and cared for on the outside. If I hadn't moved I would be looking forward to another 7 years.

On Hand Lawn Care does an absolutely amazing job! I have used many lawn care services over the years some good, some not so good. On Hand delivers 100% every time with scheduling and service that is above par. From the office staff to the labor this outfit is top tier all the way, I'd give them 10 stars if I could.. On Hand Lawn Care is the best company we have ever used for all of our outdoor needs! They are a one-stop lawncare company. We have them mow, fertilize, apply weed control, aerate, mulch, plant plants, fix sprinklers, pick up dog waste, etc. on a regular basis, and they do a great job on everything they've done for us! Their office staff is Amazing and great to deal with! They communicate very well. If the crew sees something on the property that needs attention, their staff promptly emails to let us know and asks if we would like them to take care of it. The most hassle free co. we've ever dealt with. If you want your yard and outdoor space to look like a picture in a magazine, call On Hand Lawn Care...you'll be glad you did!!

The crew does such a great job on my lawn!! From fertilizing, mowing, etc. They are very meticulous. They have been taking care of my lawn since I moved here 7 years ago and I love my yard!!

I have been using this company for several years and with the exception of some minor issues like leaving some grass / weeds on my side of a fence, I can state with confidence that they continually do a great job and have fantastic customer service.

The most recent example of their work was their completion of the Spring Cleaning on my front gardens and around two trees near the road.

I had them prune and round the bushes, and replace the red bark mulch in both the garden and around the front trees, which they did in conjunction with also doing another outstanding weekly yard service.

For those living in their service area, I can whole heartily recommend you consider them for your lawn care and landscape maintenance needs.

Dustin is a man of his word. He does what he says and says what he'll do. He was very fair in prices and did a great job!

Dustin with Tree Pros was super courteous and prompt, he came out to do an estimate the very next day. His price was fair so we asked him do the job as soon as he could, and he returned at that date/time, just as he said. Didn’t realize when I reached out to Dustin that he takes care of our neighbor, too. We love to recognize a job well done and to recommend good people, and Dustin is both. We have other trees that need attention so we will definitely be contacting him again soon. Thank you!

Disorganized, many prices not labeled, including on pavers I was interested in. No one in garden could help. Went to register, only 1 person at a register in the whole store. She couldn't help. Customer service, no clue. Someone higher up was going to check, so I waited at the pavers. After more than an hour in the store, I gave up and left. Not going back to this store.

Walmart on 2041 Redbud Blvd, McKinney, TX 75069 is the worst pick up ever. Waited for hours for my foods and stuffs. Check in and got my foods 2 hours later in the pick up spot #6.
They need do something help to speed up the pickup order. Waiting for 2 hours, ant nobody got time for that!

No call no show

Tree trimmer I had for a few years is now out of business. Received three quotes. One was totally unreasonable, quoted me over the phone and was triple the price of what I eventually paid. The second made two appointments to come out and give me a quote. They never showed for either and ghosted me via text after the second time.

Hernandez and Sons was the only service willing to come out for the quote which was more in line with what I had paid the prior year. I got to know Isaac Hernandez and knew immediately he was the guy. Took lot's of notes and calculations before quoting me.

They showed up on-time and did a beautiful job. Isaac was very concerned with my opinion and wanted to make sure we were happy. They are reasonable, but more important. they do what they say they are going to do. We are VERY HAPPY! Thanks Isaac and crew!

I couldn’t be happier with the irrigation system installed at my new home! From start to finish, the experience was 100% stress-free and professional. The team was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain exactly how the zones would work to keep my new lawn looking perfect. I was shocked at how quickly they got the job done without sacrificing any attention to detail. They showed up right on time, kept the site clean, and were a joy to work with.

Phenomenal Company. I’ve used them for the past 5 years plus for annual checkups and repairs. They are prompt to return your text, prompt to schedule your service and do a thorough job inspecting your entire sprinkler system. Pricing is fair and very reasonable. Most of all, Pedro makes all the difference in the world. Kind, caring and very professional every time he comes out. Give them a call, you’ll be glad you did.
