A “Well Oiled Machine” is one way you can describe Jack’s Complete Tree Service! Other descriptions may include; exceptional, outstanding, first class or simply the best! We first met with Brad to talk about a few trees that needed to be removed for a planned new pool installation and to get his recommendations as a local tree expert for some things in our yard that required help. Right away Brad started assessing our needs and knew exactly what needed to be done to accommodate the pool and for our future landscaping ideas. Some of the trees that needed to be removed for the pool required a permit. Brad took complete control of this process by preparing all the necessary paperwork and speaking directly with our pool contractor to coordinate his efforts. Because of Brad, the permit was issued in a timely manner, and within a week following the permit Brad and his team showed up at our house to do the work. Before they started Brad went through the project with us again to confirm everything we were doing and gave clear instructions to his team. He left his team to get the job done. This was a well-organized team of professionals. Each worker had a specific task with matching skill level and they worked together flawlessly. We lost count but there were at least 10 workers here moving in all directions along with a half dozen large commercial vehicles in front of our house. All their equipment and vehicles were clean and high quality – you could see the company pride in just their equipment alone, plus all the team members wore a company shirt. Some of the equipment included an ATV with a large cart to haul logs and debris, a self-operated boom lift and a second lift mounted on a large commercial truck, ladders, chainsaws, grinder, ropes and pulleys, safety harnesses, large debris collection containers, rakes and an assortment of other tools. Each worker moved to an area of our yard as though they knew exactly the place to be like they have been here a hundred times before. Everything was being used at the same time, the lift was up in one tree, the ladders were in another, the grinder was grinding stumps and the ATV was gathering debris as fast as it was being cut while other workers were raking. They worked non-stop from morning until lunch with only a 10 minute break. After lunch they started again and as their workday continued a huge pile of debris lined the street in front of our house. My wife and I were so impressed that we found ourselves watching them work the entire time, it was so masterfully done. As they were finishing their work one of the members called us out to go over everything that they did and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Then he informed us he would be back shortly with a large claw truck to remove the debris in our front yard. He returned as promised and after picking everything up they raked and cleaned the front yard, street and sidewalk. When they were finished you would never know they were even here. The next day I received a follow up call from Brad wanting to make sure we were satisfied with their work. He also assured me that if anything was found in the days ahead to let him know and he will correct as needed. It takes a lot to impress me and when I am impressed I go out of my way to write an exceptional review. I owned a service company for over 30 years so I know firsthand the challenges that come with organizing a team of crafted individuals. Few can actually get the job done so well and Brad, with Jack’s Complete Tree Service, is one of those few.

Brad and his crew were amazing. Having two major oak trees that needed to be trimmed was daunting to me. The crew trimmed those trees safely, cleanly and with expertise. I would recommend them completely.

I called and spoke with Brad about removing a tree and doing some trimming on some oak trees. Brad was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to tell us the type of tree we wanted removed and why it would be good to have it removed. While this may seem basic, we had 2 other companies bid the job and they weren't able to provide the same information or gave us wrong information. The crew did a great job and had everything cleaned up in less than a day. Great company to work with. If you need someone who is honest and reliable you can't go wrong calling Jack's.

I have been extremely satisfied with Jack’s complete tree service. Following hurricane Milton and the tornadoes I had significant tree damage. I made the call for service. They were on top of it within a matter of days and dispatched the entire job with speed, accuracy and congeniality. They were neat and tidy, cleaned up the mess and did exactly what I asked them to do in areas that could be troubling for the future. The price was extremely reasonable and I’m very thankful for that as well. Georgia was a doll and worked with me on the phone.They removed the piles of debris on the front lawn in a timely manner. I will definitely call them again as their price was excellent.

Jack’s Complete Tree service is the best!!
We’ve used Jack’s 2 times now and have always been pleased. All employees are so professional and friendly. Brad runs a great business and Georgia is awesome also! She communicated with me every step of the way. They are fair and professional and I couldn’t ask for better service.

We are in the process of buying a new home. The massive oaks on the property needed to be cut back from the roof for insurance purposes. Brad and his crew not only provided a quick estimate but also submitted before and after pictures for the adjuster. They have solidified another return customer.

Jack's Complete Tree does a great job! They removed 2 large Sylvester Palms as well as other work on my property. They ground them down so you can't even tell where the stumps were. They have also done work for our HOA and the community has been pleased with all their work.

A large crew shows up, does the job, cleans up, and are out of your way very quickly. I have used them 2 times for tree removal, and once for sod. Excellent service!

I highly recommend Jack's Tree Service. Brad and Cindy managed the removal of two large Laurel Oaks from my yard. The trees were wilting and at the end of their life. Brad recommended removal but also suggested getting a second opinion. I contacted UF/IFSA and Division of Forestry and they confirmed the recommendation for removal. They took great care to protect my home and cleaned all debris. Great company and even better people!

Jacks complete tree service!

I hired jacks to clean up my property. They trimmed approximately 500 trees. The communication with Georgia in the office and Brad the owner has been nothing but exceptional. The employees were courteous and very professional. Great job and I highly recommend!

I don’t typically write reviews but had to in this case. I have to applaud Jacks for the incredible job they did trimming and removal of debris. They made our full oaks look mature and stately, the way they should after all those years of providing shade. Jacks crew cares and have a genuine caring attitude as if it was their home they were beautifying. There pricing was not the lowest I received but for about 10% more they delivered top of the market service. Thank you Jacks we will use you again.

Justin was quick to come out and give me an estimate, and the two guys who did the work were very friendly, took their time, and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the job. Absolutely phenomenal and affordable service. They removed a Palmetto bush stump within minutes. They also cleaned up our maples that were battered by last year's hurricane season. They look so healthy now. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend East Arbor Pro enough. Justin was quick to come out and give us an estimate. The estimate was fair and he got us scheduled quickly! Justin’s team did an amazing job. They took down all of the trees in our backyard in record time and cleaned up all of the mess like they were never there. An awesome company, upstanding and I would recommend again and again.
