Our route tech Sharon is very experienced and knowledgeable about the job she does. She is very good at it and always helpful in addressing any problems or concerns we have. She is prompt and always courteous. She is a benefit to Nozzle Nolan and I highly recommend her!!

Debbie Serino is the best. Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I’ve called a few different pest control companies looking for information and plan options for my home for dealing with current pest issues and she took the time to explain the different programs available and actually listened without trying to pressure me into a sale. She has earned my business. Highly recommended!!!

Sharon Loschiavo provides excellent communication. We know when she will be coming, proactively asks us if we are having any issues that we are concerned about and after her service we are fully informed of what was completed and if there were issues. I can’t say enough good things about her loyalty and commitment to our account.

Sharon Loschiavo is the best! We moved into a house that had pest issues 8 years ago. Others that we tried could not get rid of them, but we haven't seen any critters since Sharon came along and took care of us. She checks in regularly to make sure we don't have any issues and is always available to answer questions

We hired Nozzle Nolen in November 2024, as it turned out the house we purchased a few months prior had a rat problem. In the beginning, they were consistent. Once the original technician left the company, our service truly went downhill. They would say they’d be back on X date, and never show up. They’d only eventually come out once we reached back out to them. They could never find out how they were getting in, and the traps were constantly being set off and not trapping anything. We eventually became fed up with the lack of consistency, communication and progress, and wanted to speak to a manager. As it turns out, the manager was the guy that was coming to our home (strange as you’d think a manager would be on top of things) We eventually got to speak to Scott, the regional manager, who I expressed I wanted some type of refund as it had been 6 months and we had no improvement as they clearly couldn’t get it figured out. He said he would get back to me, and then proceeded to inform us that “we are confident that the services provided were completed in accordance with our standards and agreed-upon terms”, even though in the contract it states they guarantee their work. Now that we have hired a capable company, they have trapped several rats in the one week that we’ve started service with them, and traps aren’t just being randomly set off (he even installed a camera in our attic, so I know he’s telling the truth)
Long story short, do further research, ask your local community for recommendations, and don’t go with Nozzle Nolen. Unless you want to end up paying double for a service when you have to hire a second company when they fail. This review may get lost in the sea of positive reviews that their technicians continually ask for when they start your services, but I hope it atleast steers one person in a different direction so they don’t have to go through the financial strain and struggle that we have had to endure.
EDITED TO ADD: Responding to this review was just a formality. While Holly wasn’t unkind to me, absolutely nothing came of it except for wasting my time as well as hers. They refuse to accept they did a poor job, and even allege they offered to pay for a smoke test (which never happened) even though two separate plumbing companies told us it was not possible due to how our home is piped (which I told them)

New construction behind our house & lots of rain lately has drawn in some gross pests! I looked at reviews & called Nozzle Nolen who was able to have someone come immediately! Kevin Oneil came out and did a thorough walk around and treatment, he was polite and informative! I'm so thankful for quick and thorough treatment.

I received great service from Daniel Z. He shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and follows through. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.
