Have your employees like 15 bucks to take dead p Palm frawns down here in trillium. Didn't do it

Quite frankly i'm sick of their damage to things on my lot. They are hired by the property management company and I can't fire them. Do not use!

A very disorganized scattershot organization. My experience with Brightview was not pleasant. They cost me time and money during what I thought was a hiring process.

Poor cutting job since blades are dull and mower's travel at high speed. Workers that weedwhack put holes in plastic siding and hit the small trees. My HOA can not take the effort to research a better company.

Live in Newportisles and this has to be the worst landscape company I’ve ever seen. We went from one mediocre company to really bad. The work is so shotty that I have to take my own weedwaker to finish my little piece of lawn. I have a townhouse for God’s sake! The workers sit more then they work and park and block the road, Even after being told not where to park. Do not use them.

Bright View does great work. Many people cry/complain and expect a lot for less price which I find b/s. People need to realize landscape is hard work. Good quality work deserves decent pay. Thank you Bright View for your services.

I was attacked by BrightView Landscaping Employees. They were violent, trying to bust my window out of my truck. Then proceeded to get the beer bottle they was drinking and throw it at my head in traffic. Drinking and driving is against the law unless you work for BrightView Landscaping. Criminal charges are pending but BrightView is not helping locate these criminals that are employed by BrightView Landscaping.
I have video as proof and will be suing for millions of dollars.

Don’t fall for their lies! They are terrible! They tear up things and leave it. Jake seems to never work due to being sick, it is his birthday, etc. We keep giving them chances and they keep failing. I give up.

Worse company ever. I posted a review but I don't see it. Wonder if they took it down. So I will post again. Also going on every web site I can post so everyone is aware what a horrible company this is. To make a long story short. They damaged a fence on my property in June of this year. Already came said they would replace. Here it is the end of Dec. still not replaced. I have called numerous timd. No return call. Do not use this company. Horrible customer service. Not reliable or responsible.

So Brightview responded to this review. Asked me to send them more information on their brigtview email so they can fix the issue. Because this is not how they do business. Well I sent them an email a week ago still no one has contacted me to resolve this issue. So obviously they are not concerned about their employees damaging other peoples property. I guess we will have to take them to small claims court to make things right. Now it's more about the principle. They can't damage someone's property and not be held responsible. I tried to give them a chance to make things right. I have definitely have lost all faith in this company. Save yourself the aggrevation and go to another company.

Happy gave me expert advice about our Mango tree. Although it was technically still alive, it would take several years to look decent. We decided to have him remove it.
He was able to do it the next day and his price was significantly lower than the other companies.

Pricing, timing, service All Good 👍.Cant go wrong.

I called and within an hour ,Happy was at my house,job completed in about at hour , 1 stump to grind out.I realize I was lucky he was between jobs ,would recommend him any time

I just talked to Happy Miller on the phone. He doesn't cut in my area but he told me who to call and was very friendly, we chatted for a little bit! I like that! 5 in my book Happy! Thank you far Jamie's number!

He came shortly after being contacted. He gave us a reasonable price to grind down 3 oak tree stumps. Just ovet an hour later, he was done and we are very happy🤗

My son who is in the Air Force (and deployed to the Middle East) gave me a very expensive drone for Christmas. Unfortunately, I crashed it high up in my pine tree. A-1 came to my rescue and retrieved it the same day I called them. It may only be a Christmas present but it has strong sentimental value to me. I'm thankful for the prompt response and caring attitude.

I called this business because I have two very tall palm trees in desperate need of trimming. He laughed at me. He was rude to have treated me that way. In this day no job is too small. It may have only taken up 30 minutes of his day but he would have had a customer for life. I will never recommend him nor will I call again. RATING F

Highly unprofessional, completely tore up my expensive lawn with his loader without any form of remorse or apology, and I had to hire another tree service to finish his job. There are plenty of great tree services in this area to choose from, do yourself a favor, while saving your hard earned money and property, and find another tree service. It surprises me how a business such as this can survive, being so unprofessional.

I called this company, to come out and give me an estimate to have my tree trimmed because now that all the leaves are off of it there’s so many dead branches on it that they keep falling to the ground… Happy came out and took a look at it and said that it does not need to be trimmed, but that was the nature of the tree…!! I thanked him for his time and I told him I appreciate his honesty…!! Wow, this does not happen too often… I would highly recommend this company…!! 👍

Happy Miller is such a knowledgable and easy going guy. He treats you like a valued friend. We had him remove 5 trees for our pool installation. He came promptly and did the job well and in an extremely timely fashion. He and his worker did the job so fast, it made our heads spin. Do your job right and use someone who cares.
