A Knight in Shining Armor doesn't always ride up on a white horse. Sometimes he shows up in a bucket truck! About 2 weeks ago our cat Tucker found himself stuck 50 feet up a tree at our home in Mayfield. We hoped he would gradually work his way down overnight. No such luck! Being a Sunday morning the chance of getting help seemed grim. After hurriedly googling on my phone I finally came across a story about the cat rescue exploits of tree man Michael Travis. I phoned him and he answered the call in his church restroom. After explaining our delimma he said he would be down pronto at the close of church services - an 84 mile round trip at that! After his heroic arrival, Tucker had been stranded up the tree for 18 1/2 hours! Michael adroitly maneuvered his bucket toward Tucker, safely grasped him from the tree and slowly lowered him to the good earth! Hallelujah! Though Michael will not charge for this praise worthy service, I was able to cram cash into his hands to at least pay for his significant mileage. As we know, gas ain't cheap now- especially for a heavy bucket truck! Michael you are indeed a blessed soul, an asset to your community and a real humanitarian!

Highly recommend! We just purchased our home and there were a few concerning trees. I was able to get an estimate and they removed 2 trees and trim back the remaining ones along our driveway. Frantic call made to Mr Travis on Thanksgiving evening because my little boy cat was stuck 30+ feet in. a tree. Our sweet Middie had been in the tree for 4 days when we contacted Mr. Travis and he kindly came to help us. He brought his bucket truck on a Sunday afternoon and brought our sweet kitty back into our arms. So thankful! And he had a scripture on his truck. Praise God!

These guys are wonderful. I had a cat stuck in a tree for a couple of days and they came right out and brought her back home. They are very good with communication and they also did not charge me any labor fees. Highly recommend them! Thanks again guys
