What Happened:
Like many our property was damaged by the Dec 2023 tornado. After meeting with Mr. Gray I knew we had found a company to take care of our fence. Mr. Gray took the time come out and see the damage, listen to what we wanted to do and present several options on how to make that happen.
The replacement of missing sections and repair to the remaining fence happend quickly and above all professionally, smartly, and very well. You can see the quality of his work and pride in what he does. We noticed several small things he did that showcased his professionalism. Including a thorough site clean up and review with us to make sure we were happy and had no issues.
I introduced him to several of my neighbors and showed them the work Mr. Gray did. I know for a fact 1 of them hired him for their fence project that day.

Amazing prices and couldn’t be happier with my permanent Christmas lights that Kris installed! Very personable and true to his word! He stayed in communication from ordering to install and completing the install. 10/10 recommend!

We've used GraysWay for holiday lights for two seasons. The installs have been good, but last year the lights weren't taken down until February, so I would say results were mixed.

This season, Kris reached out to schedule the install on Oct 20. We said we would like them installed by Nov 30 (Thanksgiving weekend). This was agreed upon and we paid a $400 deposit (via Cash App). Thanksgiving came and went and no lights. Lots of excuses after that with continued promises of install and no action. We requested to cancel the install and a refund of the deposit, but there has been no response. I doubt we'll see that $400.

While I understand that schedules can sometimes be disrupted, consistently not fulfilling your commitments is unacceptable. When it comes to holiday lights, timing matters. This is a service that cannot be delayed for two or three weeks. By that time the season is nearly over.

We used Grays Way for our yard every two weeks and we had them replace a part of our fence.

Our old fence didn’t stand a chance against my son’s baseball practice—it was one swing away from falling over. The new fence is solid, looks amazing, and can finally hold its ground. We couldn’t be happier!

Alex and his team are timely and consistent in my lawn maintenance. They do a great job, and get it done quickly; all at a fair price. I would recommend Stripes and Squares Lawn Service above all others I had used prior!

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother and I are both disabled, and need someone else to mow our lawn. We used this company last year, and from time to time they wouldn't show up. But they charged a decent price so we lived with it. They didn't show up for this season, and we found out the rest of the neighborhood fired them. We tried to keep them, but we have been practically begging them to show up for over a week now, and it is one excuse after another. This company has no sense of time and easily brush people off. Beware if you want your lawn done in a timely fashion. We really tried to keep using them, but they made it impossible.

This company is scamming people. Do not use them. Paid Zach Brant $6300 to clear the trees, burn it up as much as he can, and smooth out the landscape to be "grass-ready". I asked him not to touch the tree down on the bank. He scorched the tree, snapped it in half, made a huge pile of debris, left roots and tree stumps everywhere, and it looked like a war zone in the backyard. I mistakenly paid him early and as soon as he got his payment he ghosted me for about 6 months. The only way I finally got him to respond was when I told him I was going to leave this review. And at that point, he told me he would come finish the job, but he was just waiting for the debris pile to dry up so he doesn't waste fuel. Well, 6 more months have gone by and he never messaged me again and the debris pile is halfway in the water. I've decided to take an L on this and leave an honest review and move on. I have heard from others Cadiz that he ghosted them too after payment. I hope others can learn from us and not use Zach.
