curtis came out to check our fireplace, which hadn't been used since we moved in. he did a thorough sweep and made sure everything was cleaned up nicely. curtis was upfront about the costs and actually let us know we didn't need a gas service, so he took that off the bill. he took the time to explain how our chimney works and shared different options for getting our fireplace up and running again. really friendly and knew a lot about chimneys. we're looking forward to having them back for the top cap and to help seal up some spots to keep water out. highly recommend their chimney sweep services!
