Trying to drop here is not so bad. The people that own the place are very nice and helpful as well. Unloading by way of pallet jack and a small forklift was quick and efficient because they know what they're doing. Great people!

Hired them to do a chimney sweep at my place in Julian. Not only did they clean the chimney but they cleaned the full wood stove and even replaced some cracked fire bricks. Left the place just as clean as when they got there and with stove that looks amazing again. Would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area.

We visited several shops while looking for wood burning fireplace insert. A friend recommended the Pott Belly Shop in Ramona. We live in El Cajon - it was worth the drive! They were informative and answered all of our questions. After selecting the best model for our needs, we used their installation services. David & Adam were quick and professional. The insert looks amazing! We were even lucky enough to have a cold spell so we’ve even been able to put it to good use. We are so happy with our purchase and their customer service!

So a couple of years ago I had a pellet heater thing installed in front of my fire place. I should have done a review back then but, life got in the way. However, They store your pellets on their site and you pick up bags as needed. Let me say, had to go by and pick up some pellets, only one person was in managing two different groups of people and she was on top of her game! Pleasant, happy and in charge! I can't recommend The Pott Belly Shop enough, from the first person who came to my home to size up my fireplace, to the crew who installed, to the people keeping the shop open and greeting customers. These folks have been the best. Oh yeah love the little heater they installed, clean it as needed works great! Heats my home nicely!

Thank you so much for getting our stove ready just in time for the cold weekend! We called Pott Belly Shop for a chimney sweep and to replace a couple parts. They came out and also took care of a couple other items that needed attention. The office staff was great and the 2 repair guys were knowledgeable and courteous and completed the job in a timely matter. I definitely recommend Pott Belly Shop to anybody looking to upgrade to an insert/wood burning stove or for all of their fireplace maintenance needs.

I’ve know the PotBellyShop for a long time and they have helped us with now two different types of wood burning stoves! The first was an amazing install in our first house and now they came to the rescue and fixed an existing pellet stove in our new home! They were very efficient. They cleaned, did a troubleshoot and fixed our pellet stove that was no longer igniting. Thanks to them, we’ll be able to stay warm during the winter! I would highly recommend these guys! They’re the only ones we’ve trusted to help and not break our bank in the past 20 years!

We had a wonderful experience with Malik, Norman, Diego, and the crew when they came out for our chimney repair and rebuild, as well as converting our gas fireplace insert back to a classic masonry fireplace. The whole team was knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. They were always easy to communicate with, and I would definitely recommend their chimney sweep services! We first called them out because we noticed water coming into an inside wall and found soft mortar and broken bricks on the chimney of our old house in Ramona. The scheduling took a little longer at first because their crew was busy, but once Malik visited us, he quickly understood what was going on with our chimney and gave us clear advice on fixing the problems. During the repairs, they also found some rotting boards behind the chimney, which meant more work was needed. Thanks to Malik’s helpful guidance, we were able to get everything fixed the right way, making sure our chimney and fireplace will last for years to come. Norman the foreman, Diego, and the rest of the crew worked hard every day and did a beautiful job rebuilding the chimney and fireplace from the mantle up. Throughout the whole process, Norman and Malik explained everything so we could understand what was happening and how to keep our chimney in good shape with regular sweeping and maintenance. We learned a lot along the way! We’re currently letting everything dry before we use the new fireplace for the first time, but we’re excited to enjoy it for many years ahead. Overall, the team was dependable, friendly, and gave us great value for the work they did. If you need help with your chimney in Ramona, this is the crew to call!

I can't say enough good things about Mr Chimney Cleaning. Jeff came out to inspect my chimney and explained everything I needed to know about the repairs. He even wrote down a detailed list of the work that needed to be done. Diego, who was with him that day, climbed up on my steep, wet roof to check out the chimney and took some photos. The next day, Gerald and Diego came back, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were both friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. My house in Ramona is pretty old, but now my chimney has a new stainless-steel liner, it's been re-cemented and fixed up, and a new steel cap is on top. They also put in a new galvanized steel pipe to connect my furnace to the chimney. Every experience I had with this company was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
