I usually don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share my great experience with K.P. Chimney Cleaning. The office team was quick to respond and sent helpful reminders about my appointment. Gavin, who came out for the inspection, was professional, friendly, and explained clearly what needed to be done with my chimney. He went over everything in a way that made sense and never pressured me. Overall, I was really impressed with the service and would definitely recommend them if you need your chimney cleaned or inspected!

Gavin was our assigned technician for both a chimney sweep and a dryer vent cleaning. He was very friendly and, most importantly, did a fantastic job. Gavin walked me through the whole process, told me how everything looked after the inspection, and made sure to use the right footwear to safely get on my roof without causing any damage. I was so pleased with his work that I scheduled a chimney cleaning for my son’s house, too. The team who answered the phone and handled the scheduling were also very helpful and polite. I booked a chimney sweep service online using the link from their website, and I was really impressed with how quickly they got back to me, even though it was right before a holiday weekend. The team showed up right on time, and Jayden and Gavin did a fantastic job cleaning our fireplace insert. Told me they could service a direct vent heat n glo fire place. He almost blew up my fire place. And stared at it for ten minutes doing nothing. Wiped the glass told me he could not fix it and charged me 45 dollars. If I could a video of the explosion I would

No showed twice and then finally came out (late, mind you).. all to turn around and tell us they didn't want to fix our chimney because our roof is slippery and that there was no good way for them to work around the chimney. Meanwhile we have rain coming into our home every single time it rains.
