Jeff assessed the work with a ladder and camera. He quoted what needed to be done and did not charge for unnecessary work. He came on the appointed date, did the outside repairs; fixed the damper; and kept the house clean. He gave us a discount for the rediscovered damper. We were very pleased.

Jeff Krol did an excellent job cleaning my chimney and wood stove, and then installing a high quality chimney liner for the wood stove, and full stainless steel cap for the top of the chimney. All was done for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I definitely plan on using Jeff for future chimney work.

I had Jeff come by today to clean my chimney and wood stove. I've done this job myself for several years but with too many to do items and a waning love of ladders, it was time to let a professional do the job. I thought his price was fair (and better) than his competitors and he did a great job. I didn't realize the cleaning included the wood stove itself and Jeff showed me a section of the stove that I had missed cleaning myself in years past. I appreciated his care to be tidy (drop cloth, vacuuming everything on and around and in the wood stove, etc), his text reminder, appointment confirmation and "en route eta". I learned he has taken the mantle (pun intended) from his father and is everything I'd hope to find in a chimney sweep. 5 stars for Jeff!
