Chris was on time, very friendly and polite. He cleaned and inspected the outside of the chimney then went inside to clean and check the insert. He put down a protective pad so our floor wasn’t touched.

Overall very happy with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Jared came out and did a great job with our chimney inspection. Told me about the various issues we had and gave a quote for the repairs before he left. Very professional and very personable.

We just moved to this house a year ago and had no idea anything about the wood stove. Aaron was amazing. He did a thorough inspection and went over all the pictures then did the cleaning. He had time to do the repairs that we needed and also went over the pictures he took after the repair. I was very impressed with him and the job he did. Derek and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new stove. They were very professional, they arrived on time when they said they would. They even sent an email a day before installation to remind me that they were coming. Their prices were reasonable and they didn't leave a mess inside or outside our home. I would definitely use them again for any work we need done.

They did an amazing job. Keith was very professional. He's communication was great. The brick stairs that he had to remove and relay look great. Brick masons are hard to find and he was a great one.

Cameron was the technician who came out to inspect our chimney and provide a quote. Very professional, knowledgeable and expedient. SureGlow was able to reduce the cost of repair considerably and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.
