We're in a bit of unique situation in that we have a leak in our ceiling that has been hard to dianose as water is coming both from an A/C Return line and what we thought was a dryer duct, at least that's what the A/C techs thought. So we called Zarts to clean the dryer duct.

Zarts scheduled us quickly and arrived on time. The lead tech named Zsolt (it can be confusing in reviews with some talking about Zarts and others Zsolt) was very thorough. We took advantage of the fact that the ceiling was opened for leak detection to open up the duct that was leaking and water came pouring out!

What Zsolt was able to figure out is that the "dryer duct" was not in fact a dryer duct, but the bathroom fan duct. He also helped us map out all of the ducts on the roof and develop a theory as to how water was getting in. He sent us numerous photos and videos that document the issue that we can use with our engineering team to figure out how to address the root cause.

In the end, it turns out our dryer duct was not very clogged, but is now very clean and we have a clearer understanding of some of the problems we are dealing with.

Overall, Zarts went above and beyond in helping us figure out what's going on, even though it was well beyond what we had contracted them to do. Highly recommended!

Zarts did a great job on cleaning the AC vents. He was detail oriented, fast communicator, and very reasonably priced for the job. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give them more! Zarts was on time, did a great job removing blockage deep on in the duct and did it for the exact price they quoted. They even checked back to see if everything was OK.
