I contacted Lowe's Cleaning Service per a recommendation from a large scale AC company and was very pleased with their service. Stefan contacted me about 30 mins prior to his arrival to make sure I was ready for him to begin work. Once he began he went through each step cleaning out my vents, ducts, dryer vent and assisted me with my AC filter which could only be reached by ladder. Stefan gave me additional advice about my dryer vent and it's position on the wall and ways I could improve performance. Lowes Cleaning and specifically Stefan provided great service, excellent communication, and all at a reasonable, all inclusive price. Thank you Lowe's!

I should’ve taken it as a red flag when I saw this business only had a handful of reviews. I made an appointment for duct cleaning and AC maintenance estimate. It was a 2 week wait, I had to take the day off of work because the only window they had available was between 12-4pm. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Day of, I never hear anything, I call at 330pm and the woman tells me I’m last on the route. 430 rolls around and I call back again, and she tells me they already arrived and left early in the morning. I don’t get the 4 hour window if you show up hours before the window WITHOUT EVEN CALLING AHEAD, and never reach back out to the customer. If there’s one thing I hate, it’s wasting my time. Save your time and money and find a more reputable company… I’m a lot happier now that I did!!

We just got our HVAC units in our apartment cleaned by Amazon Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning Fort Lauderdale. Communication prior to scheduling the job was smooth; James was super responsive and promptly provided docs to meet our building requirements. They came by on time for the job and did amazing work (we can finally use our HVAC units thanks to them!). Overall, they provided very professional service at a reasonable pricing.
