This was my third visit for this issue in my home. The team was honest professional and kind. Most importantly didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need!! Highly recommended

These guys were so awesome to work with! They showed up when they said they would, they let us know when they were on their way, very personable, and did a great job! I would 100% use them again!

They are a father and son team. I liked that and they actually came out sooner than scheduled. They were fast and very thorough. We will most likely use them again in the future. Also reasonably priced. I found them on Googl maps.

Just had my apartment floors cleaned and what an amazing job they complete. The gentleman that came out were very professional and punctual. Would recommend to all friends and family for service.

We have 5 dogs and they've all had their share of accidents, our carpet looked like leopard skin because of how many spots we had. And the house smelling was a constant battle.
They were so helpful and they work quick! Our floors havnet looked this good since we moved in 12 years ago! I'm not embarrassed to have people come over anymore! And none of our spots have come back. I can exercise in the living room withought smelling the gross carpet, my feet aren't black from walking on the tile anymore. I can be barefoot in my house again!

We can breath because of the guys at Pro General Service! When the doctors couldn't find why we were sneezing all the time ,one of the nurses recommend that we have our a/c ducts cleaned by Pro General Service. When I called them,
They come out and walked me through the process of cleaning,fogging for mold and mildew and installing u/v lights in my HVAC system. I has been 2 weeks since they complete the work on my home and we haven't had any problems sneezing now. I wished that I had called them sooner.

These guys are great.. came in and cleaned all air ducts and registers and done it at a very reasonable price.. also installed a bacteria killing UV light so the mold will not come back in the future.. will recommend to all my friends and family!!

Was very impressed with the honesty and great job that was done on my place. Got a puppy a yr ago and took a toll on my carpet. However PGS was able to not only clean the carpet. But made it look and smell brand new for a very reasonable price. Will be using them in the future for sure. Thanks PGS !

My home took on about 6 inches of water during Hurricane Harvey and I Was recommended ProGeneralService from a neighbor to help with mold prevention before my house was put back together and i was extreamly happy with their service. So when it was time to havs my air ducts cleaned from recent remodel aswell as being in our home for 10 years with dogs I called on their team again. They were Quick and very thorough. Their team is very clean and professional. Was even recommended an upgrade to help with my wife's Asthma and was able to complete on the same day. I highly recommend using ProGeneralService.

Scheduled company to come out for an estimate on tiles and grout cleaning. Technicians came out and was very polite. They were very knowledgeable and was honest on what needed to be done and what didn't. Scheduled them to come back out another day to clean the tiles and grout. They did an amazing job on the tiles and grout. After service, the tiles and grout looks much brighter. I would definitely go through them again for future service.

PGS are the best!! I used them for dryer vent cleaning before and decided to clean my carpet upstairs, and they gave me a STEAL deal! They warned me that result may not be satisfying since the carpets were old and previous tenants didn’t take proper care of it. They did just great! I myself did not expect them to make it that clean. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors for all their cleaning needs.

Called a different company for air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning and they wanted to charge me $600. I then called These guys and they said I don’t even need a air duct cleaning but if I did they do it for $250 and cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms for only $100. They did a great job and my carpet looks brand new! Would recommend to all my friends and neighbors!

What a wonderful experience ! I hired Progeneral service to clean my carpets and tile floor . They showed up on time , their staff is neat and professional and they worked fast . My carpets and tile look amazing and my house smells great ! I will most definitely use them again in the future .

I prefer using a local business that I can trust. Russell and his father were so easy to work with. They checked the vents to see if they were in good repair other than very dusty and the cost of their service was in line with what is expected in Texas. I thought our vents needed to be replaced, but they now look brand new. I debated about duct cleaning because so many reviews said it was not worth it. I do not agree. I will use this company for any future duct cleaning or other services that we need. Great company. Two thumbs up.

Just had Russel out to do my dryer vent cleaning and I am impressed with the honesty and integrity. I had told them I had another company come out and I was having issues with my dryer after the cleaning was done. Russel found the issue, explained everything to me, and performed another cleaning. Can’t say enough about how awesome him and his Dad are. Their prices are also significantly better than other companies. Highly recommend.

Russell and his father. Good low boy feel. What my wife and I loved the most was that. Russell the son is passionate about this business his father taught him. He speaks highly about his father and family all while being fast and super professional. They came in around 10am and was complete by 12. We are very impressed. I would not only recommend PRO GENERAL SERVICES, but will use them yearly. Our home is only 2 years old and the dirt and filth they was removing was shocking. I would have never known. It was only 300 for an upstairs living room with 3 large bedrooms and a master bed downstairs. All for only 300. If you havnt had your carpet cleaned use these guys I’ll vouch for Russell and his father 100%. Thank you Russell.

Russell explained the air duct cleaning process in detail and showed me how much dirt was removed - it was shocking! As a free service, they also cleaned out my dryer vent which hadn’t been cleaned in years. I'm glad they did this as it's a fire hazard when vents get that blocked. I highly recommend ProGeneralService. Their prices were reasonable compared to some other companies I called, and they did a thorough job for that price. Now, I can breathe easier knowing my HVAC system and dryer vent are clean. They also offer other handyman and steam cleaning services that I might use in the future.
