Excellent experience from booking the service to when Mike, the technician, completed the duct cleaning. The process of scheduling the service for the duct cleaning was quick and most thorough of all the service companies that I have contacted for home services. They were thorough and honest with me regarding the work that he performed. Overall, I would like to see all home services experience the same ease in scheduling and performance as this company provided for me. The Quality Duct Care Team absolutely deserves to be recommended to others!

Scheduled service with Pristine Duct Cleaning. The appointment window was 9am - 12pm. After waiting all morning, I called them at noon and the technician let me know he would arrive between 1:15-1:30. I accepted with the understanding I had to leave at 2:15pm and was assured there was enough time. At 1:40pm I called to cancel the service as the technician had not yet arrived. Shortly after that the technician arrived which I sent away. Very frustrated with this type of service!

I just needed my chimney cleaned and repaired. I called Shine-on and they were so helpful. They walked me through the process and explained everything. I was able to get my chimney cleaned and repaired for a very affordable price. Shine-on is a great company and I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

On November 4th 2024, Rafael came and convinced me that I needed the crown of the chimney repaired in order to stop it from leaking. It is still leaking horribly and the manager refuses to call me back after more than a dozen calls. I believe that I was scammed and they refuse to give me my money back. Do not trust this company.

Mylo is running one hell of an operation here. The tech was well trained and well educated in the ins and outs of the air duct cleaning and the system. He saved us money with his honesty which we very much appreciate. Very trustworthy company if you are looking to clean your air ducts. You can see just some of the dust they took cleaned up.

our place needed a new damper because the old one wouldnt close properly and cold air kept coming in. They installed a top sealing damper and showed us how it works so we wont mess it up lol. It made a BIG difference and the service was EXCELLENT from start to finish.
