I had a great experience yesterday when they came to my house to clean my air ducts, which have never been cleaned.
They were professional courteous. They were on time and they offered helpful information.

ProVentAir did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Very professional, very informative. Took care of everything that I needed done. Joe who worked on my dryer Vent was amazing. Very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

ProVentAir did an Outstanding and Meticulous job in cleaning all the Air Ducts. The Amazing employees Ayden and James were Punctual , Courteous and Highly Skilled elucidating the entire process in Layman, s Terms. On top of that the Dryer Vent was cleaned for Free. You cannot Beat that. Their price was affordable and their Job was Exceptional. I am Extremely Pleased with their Service.

My first experience with Provent Air to say the least was excellent !
Beginning with the appointment set up with Al(Business owner) till the day Rishop(service rep) came to do the job went smoothly. Showed up on time, in proper attire, with positive attitude explained the whole service process before beginning work in a patient & professional manner. All the while taking extra care and precautions the job got done without any kind of complications whatsoever.
I would use their service again in the future and would definitely recommend Provent Air.

Excellent they really do a thorough job. Allan and Anthony did an excellent job and saved us from. Future fire!!! Cleaned the dryer vents and saved us from mold in the attic. Definately recommend these guys. I will see them again in the future

Highly recommend their services!! Showed up on time & did a thorough cleaning of all our vents & dryer too! Notified us of a couple things with the vents that could be fixed. Joe was very professional and left the house as clean as before they arrived!! Al was very flexible with our scheduling needs as well. Five stars overall!!!!!

They did an amazing job from working together on scheduling to making the vents look good as new. They also went above and beyond in helping retrieve a ring that had fallen into the vents. Gave them five stars because I couldn’t give 10!

Al the owner & Caleb who came to clean our vents are absolutely fabulous. I would highly highly recommend them to anybody. Caleb is extremely knowledgeable of so many things. He's so patient, he took the time to answer all my questions understood my concerns. Caleb is very good at what he does, he deserves a promotion and a raise. ProVent Air did an amazing amazing job. Karlos was the technician and arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable for the task at hand. He cleaned up everything and put all my furniture back in place. He was very thorough and meticulous. He was very nice and courteous. The dryer has never been cleaned and there was so much stuff inside- I liked seeing all the before and after pictures very satisfying! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. The price is great - definitely money well spent.

ProVentAir does exactly what it says it will do! I scheduled an appointment for them to clean my dryer vent; the technician called to see if he could come earlier which was perfect for me. He was extremely polite, worked very quickly and efficiently, and left no mess behind. It was a pleasure having my service done at a reasonable price and attention to detail. I had my dryer vent cleaned by ProVentAir this weekend by Al. He explained what he was going to do and did a great job, cleaned up and was finished with 45 minutes. The charge was very reasonable too.
I will definitely see him again for another cleaning next year.

They did a great job today. Caleb is the best. He is patient, kind and extremely smart. It’s my first time using this company for hvac cleaning and I will continue to be a customer bc Caleb made a world of a difference. I have used other companies in the past and the owner Al was honest, reasonable and very informative and his technician Caleb was honest, talented and thorough. I’m 7 months pregnant and very nervous about poor air quality and Caleb eased my mind with his thorough cleaning and explanation of the process. Our 1 year old son also loved him and the giant vacuum. Thank you everyone at ProVentAir. Our vents look brand new.

I have used ProVentAir for a few years now and they are always on time and efficient with their services.

When calling to reschedule an appointment due to my work schedule, the person on the phone hung up on me. People are allowed to reschedule appointments. I never received a single reminder, either via email, text, or phone call. Regardless, if they do not want my business, I will not give it to them.

Excellent customer service, quick, affordable and reliable. I called to get a price and they were able to send someone same day and they arrived on time! Anthony the technician was superb and very courteous. When someone sees that you have kids and automatically takes off their work shoes prior to stepping inside it means they care. I was surprised they took before and after pictures to prove their work and thought this was a nice touch. I would recommend ProVentAir for anyone looking to have their dryer vents cleaned and will have them back for my next service.
