Everything was was great. I initially contacted another company that never got back to me. I then messaged Duct Detailing and they responded in 15 minutes. The tech Hassan contacted me later that evening and by 10 am the next morning Hassan and Christian were at my doorstep and by noon (less than 24 hours since contact) they were finished cleaning my dryer vent.

In addition they put a new vent cover up to prevent birds from building a nest. This is something a pest control company refused to do previously. Great experience and they lived up to their 5 star rating.

My parents had them come in after our original ones fell short ...these guys were very professional and knew how to get the job done. They were extremely punctual and did work in timely manner. They offered several suggestion through out the house to keep the vents clean and maintained meaning they are not after your money. They explained how a few percentage of their income goes to local charities which was plus point for me and my parents. We were really happy over all.
