I had a great experience with Atlantic from Quote till completion of service. Getting a quote was easy. The person at the customer service desk at Atlantic was friendly and professional. They reminded me the day before service to confirm the appointment. The team who came for service - Roger, Douglas & Jose were outstanding. Thank you for your excellent service!!! Rene and Guillermo performed dryer vent cleaning for us and were fantastic! Our dryer vent was pretty blocked up with years of lint that built up. They were able to locate, break down and clear the block like the pros they were. Rene and Guillermo were on time, efficient, and very professional. As an added note, communication with Eric to set up the appointment was great as well. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Duct Cleaning.

I hired Atlantic Duct Cleaning because there were mouse droppings in the return vent of my HVAC. And I didn't want to disturb the droppings and aerate the dust all over my house due to health concerns.

However, during th cleaning, they were dusting the vent covers and dumping the content right at my opened front door, so the contents either landed on my doormat and doorgap or got blown back into the house by the wind. After the cleaning, I found mouse droppings inside the HVAC (past the filter) and all around the vent covers after the cleaning. These were not present at the start of the cleaning. This leads me wonder why the contents of my vents are all over my floor and dumped at my front door, given how much they promoted their cleaning process during my initial scheduling. Unfortunately, I've been exposed to mouse droppings and dust, which was the only reason that I hired professional service to prevent.

The company states their duct cleaning work takes 1.5-3hrs and they charge $500 (well above their competitors) because of their “expertise”.

$500 later and my home air quality is terrible. Technicians took 40min, didn’t hit all the vents, and clearly didn’t fix the problem.

Their management team just told me they’ll send another team out for $500, and cant guarantee that the dust will go away 🤣

So customers pay a premium of $500 for their expertise without any guarantees.

And to top it all off, the gentlelady who spoke to me over the phone ended the call while I was mid sentence 😂

And I’m a veteran with asthma- now imagine what they’ll do to you. Lots of other companies in the area- go elsewhere.

Daniel, Isaiah and Nelson did an extraordinary job cleaning our ducts in our new custom home and we were shocked our builder did not take care of this prior to moving in. This was not a paid job, but rather a follow-up service provided by our builder. They arrived on time, their communication was great from start to finish and they explained the process very clearly.
This crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They also left the area clean when they finished, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work.

we had Atlantic come out and clean our dryer vents & ducts on Jan 19th in Lorton. the pricing was really good, and the two technicians that came out were fantastic. they were very personable and friendly. I wish I remembered their names to let them know how great they were. they took before and after pictures of our ducts so we could see what they removed and explained everything very well. we will definitely use Atlantic Duct Cleaning in the future.

Very disappointed. The brownish stuff is still in a major intake vent after their service. Incompetent staff could not identify dirt and grease who spray degreaser on it said this was from cooking in the kitchen LOL). It's located in the hallway. Just had major renovations in the basement next to the hallway. There was so much dirt in the bottom of the vents (see the photos). "...compliant with the American Duct work board and got awarded for services"???

We had an amazing experience with this company. From beginning to end, their staff was kind and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had (regarding dust getting in the home, etc.).
