We have used Kevin for the past 5+ years for our inspection for our Certified Family Home. Checks on us, is on time and very gracious.

Would recommend over any of the competition in the treasure valley. No nonsense, did the job that was asked, very well if I might ad. Timely, courteous and clean. I went thru 3 other chimney sweeps, all trying to gouge me on fake repairs, not the case here. Will definitely use for any other needs for my chimney and firebox.

Technician was very thorough and complete. He was very careful to keep our home clean and provided detailed reports as to his findings. Turned out we didn't need our chimney swept and he was honest and forthright with that!

I had called a different chimney sweeping company prior to calling Capitol Chimney Sweep. The previous company said it would be about 8 weeks later until they could schedule me. Unbelievable and unacceptable. After that call I didn't have much hope, but called Capitol anyway. Kevin was cheerful and eager to schedule me. Scheduled for less than a week later. He arrived on time and did a thorough job. The price was very reasonable. I won't have any reservations about calling Capitol again for my next inspection and sweep. He earned his money.

Definitely will be calling Kevin for our annual chimney cleaning from now on. Arrived on time, very friendly, efficient, communicative, and kept everything neat (you never would have known he was in and out with his equipment). I appreciated that he was honest about some repairs that we will need to do, but did not take advantage and pressure me to do them ASAP. Cannot recommend him enough.

Kevin came out and did a clean/inspection. Took time to explain how our fireplace worked (we recently bought the house) and how to safely use it. He also checked out a separate gas fireplace and showed us how it worked as well. He even humored our kids in checking out their Halloween decorations. Great value all around.

We were extremely happy with Kevin's service. He was on time, professional, and knew his stuff. When he was finished, he explained that we will only need a fireplace cleaning every other year, and included a discount because our chimney was relatively clean and didn't require as much work as we expected. He could have charged us full price and advised yearly cleaning and I wouldn't have known the difference. Kevin earned our loyal business.
