My experience with Brown Chimney was great! I was able to schedule an appointment online, on a Sunday even which was convenient for my schedule. Levi called me within the window of time I had scheduled to let me know he was should arrive in about 30 minutes. He arrived just as he said. Levi inspected my fireplace quickly and was on his way about 30 minutes after arriving (I wasn’t expecting any issues, just a quick safety check). I’d call Brown Chimney in the future.

Great service. Levi was very knowledgeable and explained all repair options to me to make my fireplace safe and useful for the upcoming winter weather. He also gave me upgrades and maintenance to plan for in the future and ensured I knew how to safely turn on and off my fireplace. My fireplace is safe...clean and in use. I will definitely use their services again.

Levi at Brown Chimney did an excellent job. He is great to work with He did an excellent job, cleaning the chimney sealing the brick around the chimney. Also he replaced the siding on one of the 2 chimneys. He had a custom chimney caps made for both chimneys. All this at a very reasonable price After the job was done, he checked back with me twice to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction I highly recommend Brown Chimney

Alon did a fabulous job. He remeasured all pieces to make sure they all fit perfectly. I now have a beautiful fireplace.

Alon and Mike showed up today for an assessment after I contacted the company only yesterday.
The gentlemen were very respectful and kind. They are definitely knowledgeable about chimneys and inspected the flashing, chimney inside house and outside as well as the cap.
Alon took the time to explain and show pictures of different types of caps allowing me to decide preference. A large Custom built cap by Brown Chimney looks like a great choice.
Alon also gave me a heads up on ordering and turnaround time.

My wife and I wanted to remodel our existing double sided gas fire place. We posed the question to “Mike” about a complete conversion from gas to a wood burning fire place. If the cost was going to be exorbitant then we would like a quote for a remodel keeping the original gas line and updating the fireplace.

Our inspection was the day after Christmas. Our inspector “Mike” told us that we would receive a quote by Monday which was 3days later. Being the holiday season we were patient and waited. 10 days later, I called and spoke with the secretary who seemed amiss because the quote wasn’t in and blamed the third party contractor for the delay. 4 hours later received a call from “Mike” and he told me the cost to convert from gas to fire would be about half of the cost I paid for my house. Working in construction I reviewed the quote, and it appeared to be very generic and put together rather quickly.
Never received a quote to update the existing gas fire place and when I asked “Mike” he said he could do a quote to have a gas line and wood burning fire place combined to the quote. This just proved to me that we weren’t even taken seriously about what we were requesting.

After receiving the quote on January 5th, I received an invoice the same day for an additional charge stating it was due on December 30. This was a bit confusing because when I spoke with “Eva” at their company she informed me that they offered up front pricing and quotes would be included with the inspection fee. Sorry for the long post, needless to say we decided to move forward with another company.

Alon did a wonderful job installing our fireplace logs. Besides being extremely polite, he explained several helpful details and suggestions to make the fireplace better. Alon was fast, thorough, and tidy, start to finish. Highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend Levi and Brown Chimney. I had a chimney that I could not use because smoke was backing into my house. Levi figured out my chimney cap was bent and had been closed off so that no air could escape. He diagnosed the issue, ordered me a custom replacement and had it installed in a quick turnaround. Excellent customer service and such a kind man.

Very good service for cleaning air ducts. The technician showed up on time. Before cleaning, he looked over the whole system. There was a lot of dust inside the ducts. The ventilation got better immediately away after cleaning. The place smells a lot better. I'm quite delighted with the help.
