Scam, from the guy who came over just accepting cash or Zelle, to the invoice I received with no company name and a very edited picture with a random gmail account and an englewood address to how insistent they are to get appointments with them, to calls from Indian call centers and using 3 different numbers to try to contact me

BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!

I was told I would receive an invoice at the time of payment but have not received one. I called them multiple times and each time it sounded like the operator greeted me with a different company name. Each time I called, I was told that the manager would text me the invoice, but has yet to do so. The last time I called, I was informed, "The manager will get back to you right away." Again, I have neither received an invoice or call from a manager.

With that being said, a tech did come out, stick a vacuum into the vents, wash the vent covers in our sink and clean the dryer exhaust. However, the total due was over $600 more than the quote I received. Furthermore, I was encouraged to pay with cash or zelle to avoid extra credit card fees they would have to charge me. In hindsight, I should've paid with a credit card rather than zelle, as I have neither an invoice with the services rendered or any recourse in disputing this payment.

Also, look at their reviews. Every one mentions that this company serviced their house in "Parisppany-Troy Hills". People that live in Parsippany DO NOT refer to it as "Parsippany-Troy Hills".

We thought we were supporting a local small business. Our mistake and lesson learned.
