Called on a Thursday afternoon and Kevin was there Friday morning. Very professional. Diagnosed the problem in about 1/2 hour, fixed it, gave me some tips to keep the unit running efficiently, and was on his way. Would definitely recommend his services.

Kevin inspected all parts of the system very carefully, even climbed to the roof to check the AC unit. Also he suggested a fix for the duct that was installed incorrectly by the builders of our building. He is a pleasure to work with and I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who need air and heating maintenance.

I found Alpine doing a search to find a business that could do radiant floor repairs. I filled out a search form and within minutes, Alpine contacted me. We discussed my problem, they seemed to know exactly what I needed and after sending a few pictures, they indeed knew exactly what I had and what was needed to repair. There quote was $5000 less than another supposed company that was going to do the work. While this issue is in the process of being done, a water heater emergency came up. I asked them about that and they were able to solve this problem. They were very fast to handled my needs, very thorough. I was extremely impressed with this company.

I had a reoccurring problem with my gas furnace. Due to problems with the installation by a different contractor I called Alpine. I am glad I did, they not only fixed the problem they also rerouted the gas line at the furnace to where it should have been on the original install by the other contractor. Prompt service and fare price. Would recommend Alpine .

Kevin warned me that, due to the heat, they were very busy but he managed to get here same day and fixed my a/c on a 104 degree day. He had the part on his truck and fixed it within a half hour. I was very grateful that he kept his word. That went a long way.

After a super-blunder on my part leaving my wife and daughters (boys oddly didn’t care) without hot water, Kevin went above and beyond with same day service to get the house up and running again. More than fair on price, and work was top-notch as well. I’d recommend him and Alpine Summit to anyone who needs any sort of HVAC work done.

Kevin and assistant installed a mini-split heating system in my home. One outside heat pump and three indoor units. The installation was neat, clean and very timely.
The quick estimate, recommendations, and installation were done very professionally.
This mini-split system is supplying all my heating needs, even as it was 15 degrees last night. The system is reasonably quiet. Much better than my pellet stove.

It all started when our furnace broke down and Kevin showed up late and got it working. We had his crew install anew furnace and heat pump. It’s awesome. They were a great crew, have responded to all my questions and we have never been more comfortable.

Kevin and his team, are one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I had a new Lennox Signature series furnace installed. From the start Kevin was straight forward and honest. Got a timely quote and help with financing. His crew worked overtime to install my new furnace and they did this with lots of attention to detail. I called during the heatwave in Spokane when my AC broke. Alpine Summit was able to squeeze me in 2 work days later. Kevin called and let me know when he was arriving which was an hour earlier than originally committed. Kevin reviewed the unit and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was fixed in about an hour from the time he arrived. He also made some suggestions for prevent other problems and did not try to sell me on a maintenance job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I even had him assess my wood burner in the shop. He will come out to fix that later this year. I highly recommend Alpine Summit for your heating and cooling needs.

Such an amazing experience I called Kevin and he came out right away to check on my hvac that stopped working in 100 degree weather. He then sent his guys out to completely replace my ancient furnace and they had my house cool within 24hours of the service call. professional, friendly, and speedy service!! Super happy with their services and I highly recommend them.

Alpine Summit did an outstanding job installing a heating unit and gas lines in my new shop. The work was first rate and he and his employees always showed up when they said they would and called ahead. The prices were reasonable. I will use them again when this kind of work is needed.
