Tree reviews in Blanchard, Idaho

We had a wonderful experience with Timber Valley Tree. Sam was very professional! Gave us a very fair price and the job was done perfectly! Exceptional customer service from Sam and his crew! We highly recommend!

We needed about 20 trees cleared for building purposes and some esthetics too. Mick met with us, we walked and talked about which ones and how to process our trees, he wrote up a bid and we made an appointment. Sam and his crew showed up at 7:30AM to start the job. While they were here we had them also take a couple more and they were more than willing to accomodate us. Mick, Sam and the crew were all very respectful, patient and kind to me and my husband during the time they were here. They came in cut the trees, chipped and distributed the chips, loaded and stacked the larger logs where we wanted and were finished in 5 hours. The quality of their work was superb. We have plans to have more trees removed in the next few years. We will definitely call them back and I want to recommend them highly to anyone who needs tree care or removal. These guys know what their doing, do a fantastic job, and leave you feeling like you made the absolutely right decision by hiring them to get the job done.

The crew did a great job. Dalin, Dustin and Ian are the best!

Mick and Sam are professional, dependable and on time. The quote that Mick gave me was very reasonable and Sam and his crew made fast work of cutting 6 large trees down and cleaning up. They are hard working go getters and we are going to use them again soon!

My husband and I had a huge job done 6/2/2025 by Timber Valley Tree Company. Mick Davison gave us a free, very fair estimate for tree and stump removal on our acreage, which included removal of all debris. Sam, Walter and Jacob arrived promptly and immediately went to work with such a level of speed and efficiency, we initially thought the TVT crew must consist of 6 or 7 men. After meeting them, we were stunned by the amount of work this hard-hitting team was accomplishing within such a short time. Their trucks and state-of-the-art equipment were immaculate. These men are so highly skilled with the fascinating machinery, that it's awe inspiring to watch.
Their courtesy and professionalism inspire confidence and trust
in the result. We wanted to say an extra-special thank you to Mick, Sam, Walter and Jacob for providing us with such an enhanced, pleasurable experience. We developed a deep level of gratitude for the crew's attention to detail above and beyond our expectations! They thoroughly inspected each work area and picked up even the small debris left after a tree/stump removal.
Their awesome tree removal machine gobbles up huge trees, limbs and all...like they are toothpicks under the guidance of the crew. Anything small that falls aside is hand-removed by the crew. Their work is performed so well and "CLEAN" that it's hard to tell where the tree was to begin with! Timber Valley Tree Company operates with a level of excellency we thought didn't exist anymore. This outfit can't really be measured against competitors, they set-the-bar. With much affection and gratitude, Maureen and Robert Edgar, Deer Park, WA

I had 20 trees dropped, 4 stumps ground and 4 trees trimmed. The price was reasonable and everyone of the guys were impressively great from start to finish. A great bunch of young men who are committed to being extremely professional and helpful. I have had stumps ground down before from other companies. Only Timber Valley Tree Co dug down around the stumps so they could grind deeper. I was very impressed. I will be using this business again. Thanks again to Mick, Sam and crew.

The TVT crew was thorough, efficient and careful; and removed 16 trees, some of which leaned precariously over structures. They were a well-trained team, supporting one another and coordinating, accomplishing all the work in one day. They did an amazing job of cleaning up the slash and decking logs. I will definitely have them back.

Mick came to our property and gave me a very fair estimate to take down 4 trees, which I could not address. He is very professional and knowledgeable, with years of experience in the industry for a young man. I complimented him on his initiative and capabilities in running his own company. The next day Tom and his guys, all young but hardworking, came and did an excellent job. The met all my requirements. Their work and cleanup was excellent and they were efficient. Tom also was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company and group of young men

On time, professional fell six trees and climbed one to limb. They were all fast efficient and left no mess! The best choice!

Organized, efficient, safe tree service. Great cleanup and professional team. I was surprised how fast a large tree can be cut down. I would recommend our local tree service to our community.

I called Timber Valley Tree Co. in a panic as my cat, Fez, was stuck over 100ft up in a pine tree. He had been missing for several days and we had found him late at night by using a flashlight. Timber Valley Tree Co. was not only responsive, but extremely empathetic and understanding of the situation. They adjusted their schedule that night so they could drive over first thing in the morning to Sandpoint to get Fez out of the tree. We worked with Sam and he did a fantastic job! He walked me through the removal process so there were clear expectations. Sam also made sure to confirm what Fez would/would not be comfortable with to ensure he was as safe as possible. Sam arrived promptly at 7:30am and was packed up to leave with Fez safely home by 8am. Timber Valley Tree Co. was also priced competitively for arborists in and around Sandpoint. They are definitely recommended and we can't thank them enough for saving Fez!

These guys were amazing! Cleaned up after each tree, very careful with the grounds as this was a golf course job. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the tree removal service provided today by Timber Valley. The crew was courteous and very efficient as they removed 10 trees and ground multiple stumps. I highly recommend Timber Valley Tree Company.

Sam and his crew are super attentive to the tree itself. It's too common that the arborist you call, whether in Sandpoint, anywhere in Bonner County, or honestly anywhere I've ever lived, is oblivious to anything other than ‘chainsaw cut tree.’ Sam knows his species, life cycle, and the nuanced nature of what the land wants and needs. I'm a tree nerd myself and am super picky when it comes to working with arborists, and Sam’s the real deal. Knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious, he delivers high-quality tree services with genuine respect for the land. Whether you’re looking for tree health assessments, trimming, removal, or a load of clean wood chips, he’s one of the best in Bonner County.

These guys are amazing! They removed 3 trees on my property. The crew showed up on time and proceeded to tackle the job. They have great equipment and they work together like a finely tuned machine. I would recommend this company.

I found a flyer for this company in my mailbox. I decided to call for the free estimate because I had a very large tree that needed to go. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other tree removal companies in our area. We scheduled the job. The team showed up ready to work! They were organized and effecient. They are the nicest guys. They were done and gone in just over an hour. They cleaned everything up and took it with them. We were very impressed. We would recommend them to anyone looking for tree services. Thank you Mick and the team! You are all truly pros!

Our cat was stuck in a Ponderosa Pine, going on the 3rd night. We called and Sam came out and did a great job getting our cat! The cat did not make it easy for him as she proceeded to climb to the top of the tree. He was patient and was able to bring her down. Sam was very courteous, friendly and professional!

Exceeded my expectations. From Mick's survey and tree assessment, on to Sam and his crew's work to remove the trees on 10/3, a great experience. 8 large trees and one smaller birch had to come out. Some, including the largest, right next to my neighbor's house or my shop. And they had to deal with power lines. When finished, you almost could not tell that the trees had been taken. Wonderful cleanup. Their chipper makes fast work of limbs, slash and smaller trees/trunks. Amazing.

It is amazing to see all the 5 star reviews, but I also give these guys top rating. Mick was easy to reach and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time; and professionally did what they were supposed to do.

What really makes me like these guys is there was some minor confusion on how I wanted the stump left. It happens, but Timber Valley came back out and made the adjustment, which made me happy.

I have lived in the same wooded location for 22 years and taken down trees on several occasions. Any future tree cutting will go to Timber Valley

Very professional and precise in their work, great team was sent to job site - on time, careful with the surrounding land, and did exactly what we needed with zero oversight by land owner needed. The team understood exactly how to minimize damage to surrounding timber stands and younger healthy trees. Will definitely be using this team for all our future tree farm clearing, thinning, and extraction needs. Great customer experience!

Gavin did me a solid favor by coming across the street to my place while he and his coworkers were servicing a neighbor across the street and was kind enough to remove a troublesome Branch off one of my trees free of charge. Gavin, you are the best. And I applaud and salute your company, and I hope to do more business with you very soon. 😎
