Extremely professional in every way. Brandon showed up when he said he would show up. He charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. He gave me a price for the repairs and explained the options that I had, even encouraging me to think about the options and let him know later. I would definitely use Gem State Appliance Repair again.

Brandon was on time, diagnosed, and fixed the issue with our dishwasher almost immediately (the original subcontractor did a shoddy job hooking up the wires and everything shorted out). Confirmed it was working properly before he left and no upcharges for unnecessary parts.
