Their door-to-door salesman was incredibly rude and gave attitude when I said I wasn't interested. When I asked him what his name was, he refused to answer saying that was personal information.

We employed Sun Power to install solar panels. Our roof is leaking directly where the panels were installed. Our ceiling is leaking water. We contacted Sun Power two weeks ago and continue to get a run around while they wait to send someone out to inspect to make sure that leaks were caused by their installation. Would never do business with this company again.

Horrible company—do not use BlueRaven/SunPower for your solar! The pushy salesperson made big promises of a quick and easy install in time for the tax credit when we signed in July 2025. Months into the arduous process, we find out they don't even have installers in our state, and it'd be weeks to schedule. It's December 2025 and, after months of calling them daily to get them to submit the right permits and do the right steps, we finally have a solar system only to have issues with it right away. It's a shady business and you will not talk to the same person twice so good luck with any accountability. We've had to call several times for even a simple copy of the receipt from them, with no luck. DO install solar, DON'T use BlueRaven/SunPower!

I feel very fortunate to have found SWYM. My business is in the custom fabrication industry, but we can’t do robotics. I needed a team who could understand my vision, were incredibly skilled and didn’t cost a fortune. SWYM has been all of that for me. They work to understand what’s wanted, they come back with suggestions for improvements, they lay out the process and costs, and then they execute. They’ve always been on time and on budget, and their communication about the process and results has been excellent. They even seem genuinely excited about what they’re doing! A great group of brilliant people. I’m very happy with their work for me.

RevoluSun just finished my install of an 11KW system on my house in McCall. It's a lot more complicated than I thought. Thankfully, the team at RevoluSun has the expertise and personnel to navigate the difficulties, such as roof type, conduit routing, safety inspection and more. They have electrical engineers, electricians, and installers with lots of experience. They are responsive to your questions as well. I think it was a top notch system they installed. I worked with Bredon Morse at RevoluSun to install solar panels on my house in Meridian. Revolusun was $1-2 a watt cheaper that the other 2 quotes I received. With the price difference, I was able to buy a 18kwh system for the same price the other guys quoted for an 11kwh system. The installers did a great job and did extra work to keep the install looking great. Communication on the whole process could have been better, but they were able to answer all my questions and the final product turned out great. Having talked to co-workers that went with other vendors, I can say I got the best product at the best price. With Revolusun, you wont get the "25 year low monthly payment" sales pitch, you will get a great quality product at an amazing price. Thanks guys!

Working with Revolusun was a pleasure from beginning to the end--- which overall took of about 2 months. They were there every step of the way. First, explaining the whole process and the timeline, and then following up on the process.

Each step was covered by emails and message back and forth. All my question were answered by, mostly, the project manager, Brittany, by their their engineers, and by the installers of both the solar panels and the SPAN automatic switching apparatus.

All along the way, I felt as if they are holding my hand in explaining and in support. I, therefore, I highly recommend contracting them for the job!

Saying that working with all of the people at RevoluSun Idaho was a great experience seems inadequate. Everyone I dealt with were professional, efficient and best of all friendly. One of the important aspects of working with them is that all of the work is done buy their in house employees. No Subcontractors.
I have wanted to go solar for a long time so to have my dream fulfilled to perfection is great. The system has worked exactly as expected. Love it!! So happy to have worked with this team who made the experience informative and fun for a retired techie and subcontractor.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Dylan, David, and Sterling, along with the rest of the RevoluSun Idaho Team.

Prior to meeting with RevoluSun representative, I had met with several other solar companies, which all just tried to sell me a product, not really listening to my concerns. But with Dylan (Sales Manager), he actually took the time to hear my family’s future goals for installing solar. He is extremely knowledgeable in the solar industry and in tune with the future of solar. From Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) to Batteries and various green energy resources for a sustainable future. I was truly astonished by Dylan’s professionalism. He did not try to sell me a product, instead he produced the results I was looking for in order to move forward to work with RevoluSun Idaho. His team member Johnny is also a stand-up guy that takes care of their customers.

I received stellar communications with David (Project Ambassador). He has his processes for requesting permits and approvals down to a science. The average expected lead time was a couple of months, but for David, it was a mere couple of weeks. David kept me well informed and provided tentative suspense for each course of action. David conducted thorough walk throughs explaining the most efficient and aesthetic to least efficient and aesthetic installation, and he delivered the best results I could have asked for. His Solar Installation team did a phenomenal job from installing all the components to the finish work of painting aesthetics.

I cannot help but share praise for everyone I had the pleasure of working with from RevoluSun. I was overly impressed with everyone all the way down to Sterling and Drake (Electricians). They took the time to share their knowledge of their work scope even with a demanding work load they allowed me to shadow their work, giving me the opportunity to gain experience and identify where all system components were installed in case, I had future projects in mind. These guys also taped, mudded, and painted. Superior quality workmanship and craftmanship exemplified by the whole RevoluSun team.

From start to finish I have nothing but great things to say. Communication is so important to make things go smoothly and their communication was on point. The installer’s Cody and Deven checked all the boxes for a thorough, professional and courteous process. I would highly recommend this company.

Rachael was awesome to work with. She made it so we ended up with the appropriate setup for our home and exactly what we wanted. We love our Tesla Powerwalls and highly recommend RevoluSun for sales and installation of Tesla products. The technician who physically installed our system was extremely knowledgeable and did a very clean and professional installation. Couldn’t be happier.

I had RevoluSun install my solar system early last year. While the system is working fine, and the installation went well, I have a serious problem with company, itself. They say that if you bring them a new customer they'll give you a finder's fee. I brought them my sister a few months after my system was installed. When we met with Nick, the salesman, he said I would get the finder's fee. I didn't. He also told me I should have gotten a veterans' discount that no one had told me about when I ordered my system. He said he'd look into it. Never heard boo about either the finder's fee or the vet's discount. Both my sister and I contacted RevoluSun to see what happened. Still never heard boo. I cannot, in good faith, recommend a company that does not follow thru with their promises to their customers. I recommend you go somewhere else.

Update, January 29. After I posted some negative reviews RevoluSun contacted me, apologized profusely, and sent me the finders fee. They said that as a result of my issue they identified a hole in their systems for sending finders' fees and have plugged the hole. They even thanked me for helping them identify the system problem. I'm upgrading to four stars because the equipment and installation are certainly very good and they did make good on their promise for the finder's fee. I'm not going to five stars because I shouldn't have had to go to so much effort to get the fee. BTW, they went back to my original order and payment and determined that I HAD been given the Veteran's discount--but they didn't tell me at the time so I didn't know.

My experience with RevoluSun wasn’t as simple as the other 5-star reviews I’ve read. Like many others I worked with Rachel to plan a solar install on my roof, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me to get exactly what I wanted and wasn’t put off by my incessant questions. I think she’s moved out of sales now though. When it came to the actual install, things didn’t go as smoothly. I heard different things from the install team than the sales team, and even among the install team. There was some damage to my gutter. And I had paid thousands extra to have skirting installed to improve the aesthetic of the panels I decided to put on the front side of my roof. But the skirting did not look nice after it was installed. I let them know about the issues that I had. It took time, months in fact, but without having to nag them they eventually got everything fixed up and looking nice. Despite the complications, I am happy with the end result. I’m glad I chose RevoluSun for my solar panel install and plan to work with them again in the future.
