Miro Carpet Care was professional from the first interaction. Appointment confirmations and timely arrival are always a good thing. He put a lot of effort into making our carpets look as good as they could. Miro listened to our requests on certain areas and the results were very good. And he was pleasant and personable the entire time.

There’s a lot of carpet cleaners out there, I chose Miro mainly from the reviews. He didn’t disappoint. He was able to schedule me relatively quickly; informed me of his pending arrival, and he did an awesome job on the 3 carpets. Outside of some wear they look like they did when they were installed. He will be truthful about what needs to cleaned & how it will turn out. I had some questions about some furniture pieces, and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Everything looks so clean, and dried quickly. He did a fantastic job, and his prices were affordable. Great value & great service. Miro did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our rental house. He was very flexible and worked with my schedule to make sure everything was done before our new renters moved in, which I really appreciated. The carpets were in rough shape with a lot of dog hair and honestly looked like they might need to be replaced. After Miro cleaned them, they looked almost new again! His work exceeded my expectations, and he was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Miro was prompt, friendly and did very detailed work cleaning my throw rugs and sectional couch. His prices were fair and his quote came in less than the other two highly rated businesses I contacted. I will definitely be using his service in the future and I highly recommend him!

I contacted Melissa about getting some new gutters installed because the brutal winter we've had destroyed several of my existing ones. She was extremely friendly and was able to get out to provide me a bid and do the install the very next day. They called before coming and showed up precisely on time. The crew was also very professional and very respectful of my property. You just don't find folks like this much so I'm thrilled to have them in my rolodex!

It was a pleasure to work with Melissa and her crew on our recent gutter installation project. From getting an estimate to choosing the color to final installation, everything went very smoothly. They showed up right on time on the date promised for the installation, did a great job, and cleaned up after their work, so that my house and yard look nice. I'm glad we hired Gutters R Us Boise to complete our gutter project!

Amazing owner who does business right! They were very professional from start to finish. Our home previously had cheap gutters on it that were removed and replaced with durable good looking gutters by Gutters R Us! The first rain storm they worked perfectly.

Gutters R Us recently replaced my 30 yr old rain gutters and replaced the facia with metal facia. My house looks amazing. I highly recommed Gutters R Us for new rain gutters, facia, soffets and any other needs you may have that this company provides. Melissa was wonderful helping to plan out the project within my budget.

UPDATE: They came out and fixed my leaks. I have upped my rating since Melissa does stand behind her crews work.
After some confusion over an undetailed bid, we finally figured out the scope of the job and managed to pare it down to fit my budget. This wasn't the lowest bid by any means, but I liked Melissa and felt she would deliver a quality job.
There was a little confusion over color choices, but we got it all ironed out and the crew came on time. They finished in one day, and it looked good and matched my house perfectly!
However, as soon as the subsequent snow thawed I found leaks over both my front and back doors. I notified Melissa who said she needed to come when it thawed.
Then it froze one night, and that next morning I stepped outside my door and went flying. I immediately notified Melissa about this now dangerous condition, but so far she has not come to either look nor repair. I have applied ice melt and caution barrier in the meanwhile because I am worried about liability. (See picture)
I will update this review and raise my rating if Melissa makes good on her promise of a warranty for this work.

We were very impressed with the knowledge of Melissa and her crew in installing are gutters. Very polite and experienced in thier work they did.

Melissa and her team did a fantastic job installing gutters on our new house. She came and did a thorough evaluation of what we wanted and delivered exactly what she promised. I would not hesitate to have them do any job I need.

The job they did was amazing! They used top quality materials and completed the job quickly. They also gave a military discount.

I recently called about a small job to be done, and they treated me like I had done all my gutters!!! When I do have my gutters replaced, rest assured they will be my one and only call!!! You gals are awesome!!
