Dean's Window Cleaning did a great job and I would recommend them. They took the screens off and hand washed the windows with a detergent. The last guys were a bunch of so called "wizards" who never took the screens off and just sprayed some type of so called "magic" solution on the windows. I fired these "wizards" and called Dean. Dean's window cleaning is already on my quarterly cleaning schedule. Dirty windows? Do yourself a big favor and call Dean. The price is very fair.

I hired Dean's to clean my windows on my two story house, inside and out, soft pressure wash the exterior of my house, and rescreen some window screens. They arrived timely, cleaned everything satisfactorily, and relaced all of the outside furniture in front and back patios. Highly recommend!

Interior and exterior window cleaning and I specifically asked them to clean the screen tracts. They left them full of dirt. We have used Dean's before but not going forward. Not to mentionun this last crew snapped off two plastic screen tabs and just left the pieces on the ground. I understand the plastic becomes brittle over time and these tabs were indeed brittle. I think just leaving the broken pieces on the ground and not mentioning it was not right. I would have understood them snapping off. I think they just need to be a little more careful and should have told me what happened and to do the job we paid them to do.

Highly recommend Dean's for amazingly sparkly window cleaning. The quote process was zero pressure and Todd (I think I remember his name correctly) was efficient and friendly during the process. Dean cleaned my windows exterior, interior, and screens while working around cats, plants, furniture, and a work from home chaotic day. Incredibly friendly, good vibes, and the cleanest my windows have ever been since they were new! Don't even shop around, these guys are the bees knees!

I’ve had them clean my gutters and roof two years running. Each time they did a great job. Fast and efficient. Thorough and conscientious and polite. I’m planning on using them for gutter cleaning again next year. I might try the window cleaning service next spring.

Dean's did a great job on our windows inside and out and cleaning out the tracks. They also cleaned out our gutters dealing with covers and ice in January weather. Both employees were polite and engaging. This is the third time we have used them.

I am leaving a review because Dean's continues to ask me to. I haven't seen the work; Dean's didn't provide before or after photos with the invoice or other. They were over an hour late and called, but they called after they were already over an hour late. They have a good response to emails, and I was able to schedule via email easily. If they were on time and provided details of the work they did, I would be happy to improve the rating, but I wasn't there, it's a rental house and I can't see in the second story gutter...that's why I needed them....

I am so impressed with the work done! I don't think I realized how dirty and damaged my screens, windows and sliding porch door were. Pretty icky.
Sebastian was the name of the tech who came out to my townhome. He was absolutely fantastic !!! Friendly, articulate, knowledgeable and my favorite --- paid attention to detail. Plus, cleaned up everything on his way out. Nothing was damaged. Very happy with the whole project start to finish. And another shout out to Sebastian !!! Really impressed with that young man. 👏

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Dean’s wash our windows and they did not disappoint. The window tech called ahead to see if it was okay to come early since he was ahead of schedule. He was professional & polite, completing the job in 90 minutes! And he even cleaned the screens!! Our windows look like new. If your windows need washing Dean’s should be your first call :-)

I recently hired Deans Window Cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and thorough. My windows have never looked better – they sparkle inside and out!

Windows were left dirty with hard water streaks. . I was told by cleaner that it was a separate service to get them clean and would cost $100. Per hr. I had purchased the premium pkg. Never was hard water mentioned. The cleaner said I needed window restoration. I’m confused and Very very disappointed. I paid $324.20 for the Premium Pkg. The cleaner was there 3.5 hrs. Isn’t that close to the cost of cleaning the dirt and hard water????? I thought I was paying for a professional cleaning.

Very impressed with Blue Gander Window cleaning . I had called 4 different cleaners in treasure valley area. They are a Kuna business and I want to keep my business local. One of the other businesses was charging almost twice of what Blue Gander quoted me. The other 2 were 50 and 75.00 more. The guys they sent out were nice and professional in appearance and behavior. No messing around, they were efficient, worked well together and did a great job.
