Dean, Chet Alex and the entire crew are fantastic! We had a flooding basement sewage situation and needed help! They were quick to respond and took action right away to help us minimize the damage. They were very knowledgeable and straightforward with us. I appreciated how they took extra care with our belongings, especially keeping nearby toys and kid's things sanitary and protected from the remediation and re-construction areas.

My wife and I have been using the services of American for many years and have always been pleased with the work and service. I have regularly taken advantage of American Cleaning’s commercial cleaning service over the years. So when we experienced flooding at our company it was a no brainer to turn to them for the water damage restoration. As always, fantastic company. They will take care of you.

I was having new flooring installed in my bathroom.
The installers found mold and felt I may need remediation. I called American Cleaning Company and they came within an hour. They were very professional and kind, looked around my toilet area, out into my bedroom,and even checked the crawl space. They found just a small area with mold, so helped the installers take care of it. I was not charged for their help.
I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Our carpets were in pretty bad shape with stains as well as natural wear and tear, and Scott did an outstanding job bringing them back. He was meticulous and thorough and shared useful information as well. We will use this service again.

Twice in 3 yrs. we needed disaster cleanup help from American Cleaning Service for water damage & mold from an undiscovered water leak & 1 yr. later, right before Christmas for a flooded water heater! They are the best. Write down their 24 hr. number and keep it for emergencies! We cannot say enough positive things about Dean, Jeremy, Chet, Alex, Nate, & Eric. Within 2 hrs. their team was at our house each time, assessing the damage & taking immediate steps to address our disaster & safety issues. They are knowledgeable, they are skilled, they do what they promise, and we counted on them every step of the way from mitigation & remediation through the end of reconstruction. I have heard horror stories from others about their home disasters & poor quality, costs & disappointing final results from other cleanup companies. We will never call anyone except American Cleaning Service. We trusted them, and they earned every bit of our trust.

Top notch service from the American Cleaning team. I just had my windows serviced at my home and i am very thrilled with the end result. Tony showed up on time and was very professional. I have had Scott from American Cleaning come and clean my carpets three times in the last year. The first time was to clean the carpet since it smelled bad in one room when I moved in ( I had not replaced the carpet from the previous owners). There were old pet stains that Scott was able to completely remove and there is no odor. Now I don't worry about my three large dogs trying to mark over the old dogs smell. Since then I have had American Cleaning back two other times for my twice a year carpet cleaning and the carpets look good enough to put off replacing for another year or two and there is still no dog odor. I highly recommend American Cleaning Service and Scott.

This cleaning company is hands-down the best I’ve seen in all of the Boise area! American Cleaning Service has been my go-to company for all my window cleaning, carpet cleaning and hard surface floor maintenance for almost 40 years, and they have never disappointed me. They always provide quality service at a reasonable price, and their service people have always been very professional in the way they go about their business. Recently, a local furniture retailer improperly installed my new refrigerator, and the leak they created caused the underlayment in the kitchen and great room floor to start buckling. Dean and the Disaster Response Team responded within an hour, and the next day, the reconstruction project started. Dean and his team worked tirelessly because they knew I had surgery scheduled toward the end of their timeline to finish reconstruction, and as I left for the hospital, they showed up with reinforcements to make sure that the work was completed before I returned home the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure all the furniture was moved back so that when I came home, I wouldn't have to worry about a thing except my recovery.

We had a bunch of carpet stains. They got all of them out, were super efficient. Great to work with, excellent customer service.

I dropped a plate of chili on my light beige carpet and was totally sick about it but then I remembered that American Cleaning Service has the best carpet cleaner in Boise so I called them the first thing the next day and told my sad story and the carpet guy came out early the next morning before we left town for the weekend. I'm sure Scott performed magic as there is no trace of the chili left on my carpet. Of course I'm beyond thrilled with the result and it didn't cost me a fortune either. I told Scott that I wished he would have take before and after pictures. to use for advertising because the result is unbelievable. I'm a happy customer forever.

I am absolutely blown away! Scott came to my hope with the expectations of a daunting task, as I warned the company ahead of time. My carpets were an absolute mess, the stains from children and pets and adults were numbering in what seemed to be the thousands. I had been told by multiple companies prior that some stains could not be lifted out or that I may as well replace the carpets. So when Scott arrived I already expected a load of excuses and explanations as to why things could not be done. Scott just smiled and said, "well, I better get to work then!" He has been in my home since 0930 this morning, it is 1200 now. He has not stopped, he has not complained, and he is absolutely dominating the job! He is currently half way through the house and it looks brand new already. My review is done during his service because it has been, and continues to be, the best that I have ever had in terms of a cleaning company. Those stains that the previous companies had worked on, gone! The hidden areas that no one really checks, squared away! Professionalism and courtesy, above reproach!
