We got compost for our new raised bed from Tree Top & the plants keep dying. The other box we had with bagged dirt from Home Depot last year are growing great.

Good service and decent fees

Treetop Recycling is the best yard recycling place in Boise. Excellent, helpful & friendly employees. This is the location I go to when I need to dispose of yard waste type of things, though no garbage! 😄

Tree Top has a convenient location for SE Boise Patrons. They have multiple types of bark, gravel and soil. They ARE recyclers. This means that they produce some of their inventory from wood waste products. So occasionally you will get unintentional product in your load. An example could be mis colored items or scrap plastic wrap... But overall for the price and convenience it's fairly reasonable.

I am disappointed with the soil that Tree Top Recycling sells. A neighbor of ours picked up some soil to fill in raised beds that we have decided to work together. He doesn't know much about gardening and didn't realized that he was buying almost pure clay. Yes, he should have taken a better look at it before purchasing, or asked for a soil sample or something. Tree Top was recommended by a friend and he assumed that when he told them that he needed soil for his garden and the employee said he had what we would need, that they would indeed be selling him soil that is workable. Very disappointed!

Handy location to drop wood waste. Good price on perma-bark and other landscape material. We got a nice "rock' bench there too some years back. Recommend.

The location for Southeast Boise can be beat. the people are great to work with, always very friendly and helpful. I do wish they were open later than 5pm on week days and 3pm on Saturdays. Thank you Tree Top.

Have been here 2x in the last year. I really appreciate the affordable pricing and helpful staff.
First time was tree stumps and branches. This load today was mostly dirt, some weeds, some rocks from the side yard I've been shoveling out.

When I have loads that are qualified for this recycling center, it's a guarantee I will be there first.

Great place to bring yard waste - sod, dirt, rocks - and other items to be recycled. Also a good place to check for landscaping supplies like boulders, wood chips, gravel and mulch. The staff is really friendly and helpful!

So pleased with the service here! The folks in the office are friendly and helpful. I got groundcover and mulch, and both were great quality at a good price. I especially appreciated how well-organized the site is--it's super clear where to go and what product is in each pile, making it easy to navigate and also feel safe with big equipment around. Highly recommended!

Tree Top Recycling sells the most amazing top soil for your garden supreme bark that just makes your garden look beautiful and smell like a forest. It's an all natural organic recycling center and their top notch people there are super friendly.
