LOVE Aloha! The staff is amazing! They truly care about what they are doing and care about their customers. I've never had a bad experience- I use them commercially and personally. Keep up the good work!

Aloha Gardening works wonders with outdoor spaces! All of the work that I have seen them do has been top-notch, and their office staff is friendly too!

On-site estimate was reasonable so I called for install date. This time of season they were out until June which was fine but before week's end they had an opening. System went in in 2 days and even added 2 zones more due to low city water pressure. They were professional enough to not charge for them. Thank you Michael and crew!

Had them come out to blow out our sprinklers in a house we had just moved into. I didn't know how the sprinkler lines were set up. Turns out there were custom lines installed by the previous owner. Despite that, they were able to not only get the sprinklers blown out but they walked me through how the lines were set up. Really were awesome to work with. Thanks!

At my work place, I work with many landscapers throughout the Treasure Valley and have been very impressed by the services received from Aloha Gardening. In our experience they have provide high quality service and professional knowledge to the landscaping needs to several of our homeowners associations.

A rep came out for a visit and had great suggestions. The rep did mention that our budget may be too small for their company. I called back two days later to move forward, but we were never responded to. I’ve left 5 voicemail messages. Still no response. Apparently, they would rather ghost people than say sorry you’re not wealthy enough for company to work with.

Very poor customer service as well as the service they are supposed to provide. I got charged for a service that I asked for last year and they tell me that it auto-renews each year (I was not told that). The person I talked to over email said I could cancel but still had to pay since the service was done. I pay for it and email her to have it canceled, of course no email back. Then I get a phone call saying that I can't cancel it because it's part of their "package." What business does not allow you to cancel a service? I canceled all the services after that. Then, I notice that my sprinklers are not working properly, I paid them to have my sprinklers turned on early this year, so I call again and they refused to have someone finish the job I paid them to do because I canceled my services and because they feel like I am not satisfied with their services. Of course I am not because of how they choose to communicate with people and how they refuse to fix a job they were supposed to do.

We had Aloha Gardening take care of our lawn as far as fertilizing, weed control etc. for approx. three or maybe four summers. During that time, we were never overly impressed with the way our lawn looked while using them. The last two seasons it was looking especially bad.
We had some pretty bad areas that looked like they weren't getting enough water but I knew they were.
I called Aloha as I had for the previous summer for the same problems. I ended up talking to the same person that had been doing the misc. applications on the lawn. I explained the yellowed/dry looking areas and asked him to come by and look at the lawn.
He said that he'd noticed the bad areas the last couple time he was here and that I needed to put more water and water deeper.
I mentioned to him that it looked like it was billbug damage. (We had paid them extra $$ earlier in the summers for a billbug application).
He told me nope it's not billbugs because he'd put a billbug application on earlier. I explained that I had been monitoring the water and it was getting plenty of water so if it wasn't a water problem and not a billbug problem, I'd like him to look at it and tell me what the problem was. He insisted lack of water was the problem, not billbugs.
Finally and reluctantly he agreed to come by that following Monday and look at it again to appease me... He NEVER DID show up.

We took a sample of the bad turf to Zamzows to have it checked and they showed us --BILLBUGS-- in it. I bought billbug stuff from Zamzows, put in on the lawn and slowly but surely the areas started coming back again.
That billbug problem had been going on for two years, gradually getting worse and Aloha didn't know it. They just kept doing their normal fertilization thing. Their Billbug treatments they charged us for did nothing at all.
I then called and cancelled the program with Aloha. We now use the Zamzows lawn care program and the lawn looks good again.

I will admit however... they do a nice job of pruning Arborvitae's.
Five star review for shrub trimming and one star for lawn work.
We've had them trim/prune 35 Arborvitae's for three years running and we've been very happy with that job (different crew from the lawn person). This season though, we needed them trimmed again so I called them and got a recording abt. a small crew during the Covid-19 thing, to leave a message but preferably send an email with any questions. I left a message and sent an email as well. That was three weeks ago and I've still had no response at all. I'm thinking they might be out of business...

Aloha Gardening is second to none! Michael A is by far the best landscaper we have had the pleasure of doing business with. He is extremely knowledgeable, quick and diligent, and most importantly, compassionate to our needs. He truly represents Aloha Gardening well and sets the bar for landscapers incredibly high. Michael exceeds our expectations each year and makes every landscaping/irrigation season run with ease. Kuddos Michael!

Aloha is awesome! They are honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They won't recommend an unnecessary expense. Michael is on the ball, and always knew what was going on with his guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

The summer of 2018 I hired Aloha to repair my sprinkles after a remodel and having a pool installed. After multiple visits, they did not complete the work (I asked them to leave after coming home to find them digging up a sprinkler that WAS WORKING to "repair" it). They then charged me $1800.00 and threatened to report me to a collection agency. I contacted the BBB asking for help in resolving the problem, but their response was that I had been rude and they were not going to make any adjustments. Since they resorted to extortion rather than trying to work with their customer, I paid the fee and we parted ways. But I would NEVER recommend them to anyone

We are still in a rough stage here at Foxglove Estates in Eagle. However, thanks to Aloha Gardening our landscaping has improved immensely. What you can’t see is the French Drain that was put in along with sprinkler fixes, valve replacement, sprinkler unit repair, and yes, some beautification. We still have a ways to go, but with Aloha we feel confident our community will only continue to improve!

Aloha Gardening does a great job. They are very versatile in what they can handle and do. Their staff is awesome, very knowledgable and helpful with suggestions of thing that might need to be done.

I've used this company for years. The past 2-3 their service and attitude is HORRIBLE! They show up for turn ons and do as little as possible. They didnt set up the timer because Michael said that they said there was no power to it. Plugging it into the outlet helps! They don't talk to you about needed repairs, they just leave. When I called Michael and told him how their service has declined over the past couple of years, and how they didn't even program the timer and if it was going to continue this way I was going to have to find another sprinkler company. He said "I think you should do that" and hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that wants an even half way mediocre sprinkler company. When I them asked them a few years ago to add a couple sprinkler heads, Michael told me I'd need to put in a whole new system and quoted me thousands of dollars. No thank you to that AND to Aloha sprinklers for good!

Aloha saved our favorite trees! They sprayed our struggling ash trees for bores two times last season. Once before the bores reemerged and then again so they couldn't return. Both times, they notified me that they were coming in advance, then carefully and thoroughly sprayed each tree for a price that I think was more than fair. I'm booking them again!

I've had the pleasure of working with Michael, Steve and the AGC crew for approx. 7 years now on various jobs around the Treasure Valley and have nothing but positive things to say about the work I see. They are HONEST and dependable and do what is necessary to keep their accounts looking great. I also have a family member that uses them for yard maintenance and holiday light install and are very happy with their efforts.
    Thank you very much Aloha!

Aloha Gardening Fraudulently charged my credit card for a few thousands. I have left three messages to try and figure out how a local company I’ve never spoken to or contracted with could have run my card without service. #funfact it’s more difficulty to deal with local fraud than some spammer.

Super impressed by this team. I had sprinkler and weed issues on my property. Noticed Aloha services our beautiful common area and hit them up for a proposal. Kind, efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and timely. Very easy recommend.

Alhia gardening is a fraudulent business giving prices orally that are tripled once the invoice comes in the mail. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this scam business who insults the Hawaiian tradition by using the word Aloha and turning it inot your worst gardening nightmare

Have had The Aloha team as well as LTP take care of several items over the last few years. From sprinkler systems to planting LARGE trees, to lawn care to snow removal. The respect, and professionalism of every member of the team does NOT waiver!! Truly a great company with solid leadership!!! Would recommend for ALL your outdoor needs!
