Very disappointed with the tilling job with what we paid.
Mentioned to the person doing the tilling they needed to go down a foot and it’s maybe 3 to 4 inches with big dirt mounds.
We didn’t get what we paid for.
Also, the woman told my husband we agreed to $150 and we never agreed on anything. We had to find someone else to till the garden areas and he was appalled at the tilling job this company did. Wish I could give ZERO stars for the job they did but two stars because they were, at least, on time. What a mess they created. The person that came to fix the mess Pristine Homes created did an AMAZING job and we will be using him going forward.

Disappointed with service and lack of accountability. After 4weeks, the owner, Alexandria Button, has not refunded $190 for 8 dead rolls of sod and 16 rolls I paid for but never received. I also paid $800 for labor to install just 250sq ft, that the worker didn’t even prep the area properly after removing the old sod. I ended up having to buy new sod myself from a reputable nursery. Poor customer service and no follow-through. My mistake for not waiting for my friends half the cost, reputable, professional landscape referral.

I feel the need to warn people about Alexandria Button and AB Pristine Homes LLC. We hired them to lay some gravel and to take down an old fence and install a new cedar privacy fence after getting three estimates. Theirs fell in the middle and Alexandria sounded like she knew what she was doing and said they had done similar jobs. It has turned into a nightmare for us. While Alexandria and Joe were very personable and responsive during the first part of the job trying to get the job completed and mistakes fixed has been impossible. We waited from July 25th to the end of September trying to get them to finish the fence and hang the gate. We finally had call fencing company Alexandria was blaming for the delay. They came immediately and installed the gate and confirmed the fence posts are not straight, the crossbeams are not level and many pickets are only attached in the middle and a few have over 20 nails in them. The only real remedy is removal of this fence and completely redoing it at a cost of over $5000. To add insult to injury there were so many charges over the estimate Alexandria gave us that the price was well over the highest bid we received. I’ve been in contact with Alexandria regularly and sent her the estimate to correct her mistakes at which point she has begun hanging up when she hears my voice and not answering my texts. I’m definitely contacting the BBB and the state licensing bureau and considering small claims court. I should have done more research prior to hiring them and will never make that mistake again and hope this review will protect others from these inept, unethical business people.
